Being an award winning Account Executive, I attended the WInter Olympics for highest Bacardi sales in the Southwest, also Met Booker Noe, and toured the Jim Beam Distillery, went to Jim Beam's former home. Won top sales award for Jim Beam Black.

Extensive research on the company's history and growth. Also, reviewed the entire product portfolio, familiarity with company motto. Looked at their go-to-market strategy, and prepared stand-out ideas to grow share and increase GP.
On target at the time, also commission-based, so work harder /smarter to increase territory share.
Now advanced within US.
Gaining large accounts, closing big revenue opportunities, beating the competition with quality products.
Over all middle Management was a gteat bunch of Guys..Also loved working a Four Day work week.
Once you had finished your job as a driver and your returns put away .You punch out and go Home. Even if you had only worked 9 of 10 Hrs and paid for 10 Hrs.
When Mr. Chapin came to San Digoo. Ca. He made it a pint to speak to everyone from the top to the most recent man hired.
Personally I believed to be more than sufficient..

I like the ability to work as a team and also as an individual. It allowed us to grow by ourselves, but also had the team's support if needed.
There was a lot of turn over at this job.
There was always a new kick off event for new products.
The people are nice
Doesn't pay well. I'm in sales and have to drive a lot and pay for parking at my own accounts and Southern doesn't offer any help with gas or parking when it's part of my job.
It's not a 9-5
