Training Onboard new Southland Kids staff with essential kids' ministry policies and procedures. Regularly update training materials for both staff and volunteers. Administrative Support Provide administrative support for kids' environments including theming, facility issues and production requests. Assist with the volunteer apparel ordering process. Track data from the weekend services such as attendance, baptisms, first time guest and volunteer attendance. Assist with volunteer background check renewals. Assist with administrative support for specific campuses as needed. Weekend Leadership Lead in weekend kids' environments where needed. Help campus teams evaluate systems and processes as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with the Southland Kids' team across campuses. Perform other related duties as assigned.
