This role is full-time and based in our Palmetto, FL office. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., providing a consistent and predictable routine with evenings and weekends off. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR EXPERIENCED OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
In this administrative role, you will be responsible for managing the daily administrative functions of the office, including accounting and payroll using QuickBooks Online and Busy Busy, monitoring and processing employee time cards, and reviewing construction job contracts, filling out NTO's and Lein Releases, certified payroll, Davis Beacon, and SOV's (Schedule of Value invoicing). You will oversee insurance documentation, compile and distribute KPI reports, and ensure that all office operations are executed efficiently. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining accurate records, upholding compliance standards, and supporting both management and field staff in a collaborative environment.

3+ years of experience with all functions of QuickBooks Online
3+ year(s) of office management experience
Advanced Accounting Skills
Experience in the construction or service industry is preferred
Experience in monitoring time cards, building/distributing KPI reports, reviewing construction job contracts, working with workers' comp, and working with auto and liability insurance agents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
