Provides reassurance, feedback, and education specific to resident's needs. * Oversee Certified Care Partners assignments; ensures care provided is within requirements and expectation of community policy as well as meeting set standards of care/customer service. * Demonstrates dependability through punctuality and consistent attendance. * Other duties as assigned Basic Requirements: * Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in the state of North Carolina. * Excellent nursing practice knowledge and skills. * Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English with residents and staff, following oral and written directions. * Must demonstrate critical thinking skills; utilize sound judgement, initiative, and resourcefulness in all areas of practice. Excellent organizational, processing skills.
