Here is what we need your help with: Use knowledge of the product portfolio training to accurately assess the distinct needs of different consumers, explain the differences between various health insurance options, and assist the consumer in selecting coverage that meets their unique needs. Use a consumer-centric, consultative selling approach to align our consumers’ healthcare needs with appropriate products from Humana’s portfolio, including but not limited to Medicare, dental and vision. Model a high level of professionalism, integrity, and quality with every inbound and outbound consumer phone interaction. Department Hours – Shift could fall between the business hours of 8:00 am to 11:00 pm local time. Hours are subject to change based on business needs. Training Hours – Training will start day one of employment and run the first 7 weeks with a schedule of 10:30 am to 7:00 pm EST. Attendance is vital for success. Essential Responsibilities: This role is responsible for performing coupled heat transfer and finite element mechanical analyses for fuel rod pellet and cladding. It requires collaboration with fuel mechanical design experts, material scientists, nuclear/thermal-hydraulic analysis engineers to ensure product performs within licensed and GNF performance expectations.     SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The Compliance Senior Auditor is a key member of the Internal Audit Department. The Compliance Senior Auditor will assist with the planning, performance, and reporting of the audits and will support the Audit Manager and Audit Supervisor that oversee the Compliance-related areas of the Audit Plan. As an experienced member on the internal audit team, the Compliance Senior Auditor is expected to successfully execute audit procedures related to regulatory compliance audit areas. The Compliance Senior Auditor will serve as an important point of contact during compliance-focused audits. While prior experience in internal audit is preferred, individuals with prior experience working in the compliance department of a financial institution will also be considered. The Compliance Senior Auditor should possess relevant regulatory compliance experience or expertise and would be expected to utilize that in the successful performance of compliance audit assignments with minimal oversight. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Executes projects in accordance with applicable standards, identifies significant control issues, and provides quality recommendations. * Manages multiple competing priorities while ensuring deadlines are met. * Fosters a positive team environment embracing change. Assists the Audit Manager and Audit Supervisor in preparing an audit approach that describes the planning in detail the nature, timing, and extent of our internal audit procedures for an individual audit. * Works with the audit management team to identify key areas of compliance risk and appropriate coverage for individual audits and builds relationships with business line stakeholders. * Understands, identifies, and evaluates key processes and related controls and identifies control gaps based on the evaluation. * Creates quality work products such as audit analysis, client correspondence, memorandums and other working papers that document the audit procedures performed, results of those procedures, and findings in higher risk audit areas. * The ability to perform and oversee testing assignments with an advanced degree of independence. * Maintains a professional training plan to continually develop technical and professional skills consistent with the department's requirements and philosophy. Stays abreast of new compliance regulations and pronouncements, to gain an understanding of their links and impact to the assigned audit areas. * Understands and applies appropriate audit methodologies, technology, and tools in accordance with the Department's Standard Operating Procedures. * Works with Internal Audit team in the development of creative, practical, and cost-effective recommendations for improvement. * Assists in preparation and presentation of findings within the internal audit report. * Assists in reviewing the work of Staff Auditors. Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements * Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Related Business Discipline is Required * Experience: Minimum of Three years of applicable Regulatory Compliance or Compliance Audit experience within the Banking Industry * Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Possessing or working towards a professional certification in at least one related area (CIA, CRCM, CPA, etc.) is expected. Strong knowledge of consumer loan and deposit compliance regulations. Knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC regulations is a plus. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES Required annual compliance training; New Employee Orientation PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, and cash denominations, and identify customers. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk. This position may require bending and reaching. WORK ENVIRONMENT Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions.
