Additional duties include monitoring/servicing participated & syndicated loans, posting payments and advances, file maintenance, daily balancing and reporting. Essential Functions : Boards loans to the core system utilizing interfaces and manual processes. Performs research, maintenance, troubleshoots and identifies solutions. Analyzes and address problems or issues as they arise, understanding when there is a sense of urgency. Has thorough understanding of how loans work, including the ability to calculate interest manually. Perform post-booking quality control check to ensure boarding accuracy. Process draws on lines of credit. Process mail payments. Maintain Credit Insurance totals and prepare month-end remittance report. Process loan deferments/extensions. Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive Bank information. Maintains a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees consistent with Southside Bank's mission, CORE Values, and Blue Book culture guide.
