The Lead Consultant is knowledgeable in all areas of the Store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping, and consistently delivers a positive customer experience to all customers. The Lead Consultant's time will be spent taking customer orders; coordinating store activities; providing pricing information; recommending the appropriate FedEx Office products and services; producing complex orders; operating equipment that requires advanced operational knowledge and expertise; managing, monitoring and facilitating all production processes. The Lead Consultant performs their duties utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions to colleagues and customers. With leadership direction, the Lead Consultant may provide direction to the Consultant and solve escalated customer issues.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite, expert service is delivered to all customers
Manages production flow to ensure all production orders are done right and on time
Takes customer orders, giving pricing information, performs consultative selling to customers, and recommends FedEx Office products and services tracks and logs all production jobs
Takes lead responsibility for digital imaging, scheduling and running black and white or color production on full service orders, including finishing services and large job management
Sets up complex orders and performs multiple tasks at the same time
Responsible for ensuring quality during and after production process
Ensures communication among shifts
Coordinates pick-up and delivery of customer orders
May provide leadership to team members on an assigned shift
Assists in the training of store team members
Collates, sorts and organizes customer orders
Operates the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handles financial transactions and makes change
Completes required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting including daily sales, close-outs and bank deposits
Follows instructions of supervisors and assists other team members in performing store functions
Follows FedEx Office standard operating procedures as well as adhering to legal, HR, safety and security policies and procedures
Secondary responsibility for coordination of all shipping related services and activities, to include:
Provides customer service by determining appropriate shipping methods, informing customers of company products, services, routes, and rates
Ensures quality customer service is given to customers by providing packaging services, as well as offering information about company products and services
Offers assistance to customers by suggesting appropriate shipping methods. Maintains inventory of shipping supplies
Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels

What You'll Be Doing:

The Precision Aircraft Management Director of Safety is a senior leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Safety Culture to include a Safety Management System (SMS) for all company operations, including FAA Part 91 and 135 operations, as well as overseeing general occupational and workplace safety programs in compliance with OSHA standards.
This position ensures alignment with FAA, OSHA, DOT, and industry safety requirements, and maintains full audit readiness across all departments. The Director of Safety serves as the company's primary point of contact and accountable executive for all safety, regulatory, and third-party audits, and plays a key leadership role in cultivating a proactive safety culture organization wide.
In the event of an accident or incident, this position leads the company's Emergency Response “Go Team” and coordinates all investigative, reporting, and corrective actions. The company will support all relevant training and certifications, including ARGUS, Contrail, IS-BAO, and Wyvern audit programs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Safety Leadership
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's SMS in accordance with FAA Part 5, ICAO, and industry best practices.
Ensure safety policies, objectives, and procedures are clearly defined, communicated, and consistently followed.
Chair and manage quarterly Safety Committee meetings to promote cross-functional collaboration.
Oversee and maintain all safety-related manuals, including:
SMS Manual
Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) Manual
Ensure SMS integration and consistency across Part 91 and 135 operations.
Audit Leadership and Certification Oversight
Serve as the primary point of contact and ultimate responsible party for all internal, external, and regulatory audits, including:
FAA, OSHA, and DOT inspections
Wyvern Wingman “Flight Leader Program”
ARGUS Platinum
IS-BAO (Stage I/II/III)
Customer or charter-client audits (e.g. Contrail/Ovintiv)
Maintain year-round audit readiness and ensure all documentation and records meet or exceed applicable standards.
Lead all audit coordination, scheduling, and preparation, including internal self-audits and gap analyses.
Review and approve all findings, observations, and Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs); ensure corrective actions are completed and verified on schedule.
Produce executive audit reports and performance summaries for company leadership.
Maintain relationships with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and certification bodies.
Accident/Incident Prevention and Response
Mange the company's Safety Reporting and Investigation System, ensuring timely review, investigation, and closure of all reports.
Serve as the lead investigator for all aviation or occupational incidents or accidents.
Direct the company's Emergency Response Plan or “Go Team” during any event.
Conduct root-cause analyses and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
Distribute lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
Workplace and OSHA Safety Oversight
Serve as the company's primary authority on workplace and occupational safety.
Develop and maintain OSHA compliance programs that meet or exceed federal and state standards.
Conduct regular facility inspections and hazard assessments; track and verify corrective actions.
Maintain OSHA 300/300A injury and illness logs and assist/manage workers' compensation reporting.
Ensure compliance with hazardous material handling, environmental, and fire protection regulations.
Lead annual OSHA and general safety training programs for all employees.
Training, Communication, Engagement
Conduct regular site visits to promote safety engagement and monitor adherence to standards.
Lead ERP drills (one tabletop and one unannounced drill annually).
Publish a monthly Safety Newsletter covering relevant operational and industry topics.
Administer the Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) and coordinate review committee meetings.
Maintain the company's Hazard Registry and track mitigation measure to closure.
Organizational Risk and Change Management
Lead the Management of Change (MOC) process for operational, structural, or procedural changes.
Monitor safety performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide executive reports with actionable insights.
Facilitate cross-departmental risk assessments and safety reviews.
Compliance and Administration
Ensure compliance with FAA, DOT, OSHA, EPA, and state/local safety regulations across all operations.
Coordinate with Flight, Maintenance, Ground, and Corporate departments to align safety goals.
Participate in the Manager-on-Duty rotation and provide 24/7 on-call support for safety-related events.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
Required
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive aviation safety experience, preferably under Part 135 operations.
FAA Part 135 or equivalent operational experience required.
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, OSHA standards, ICAO SMS framework, and aviation safety best practices.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead decisively under pressure during incidents or crises.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Aviation Safety, Management, or related field.
Demonstrated leadership in SMS development and administration.

Responsibilities
Generate new business, while maintaining and expanding business with existing customers between NNR USA offices and the NNR Worldwide Organization of offices, partners and agents.
Work with the Branch Manager to expand new business. In cooperation with the NNR USA Head of Sales, personal sales specifically to targeted Major/Global Accounts in the given sales territory.
Minimum 35 outside sales calls per month to new and existing clients and record them in the CRM.
Must spend 70% or more of time engaged in making sales calls or other service related activities away from the place of business.
Record all Sales Leads and Routing Orders in Vnext and meet the company standards for these targets on a monthly basis.
Generate all sales reports in the CRM. Maintain all set targets for reporting salesperson as indicated in the Sales Manual.
Maintain a profit level of three times your salary on a monthly basis.
Participate in scheduled sales meetings.
Qualification Standards
Education & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of college or military service, bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or equivalent experience within a related industry.
5 plus years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, with expertise in import/export operations, international air and ocean freight services, customs brokerage, and 3PL logistics solutions.
Solid foundation of customer service techniques.
Proficient in computer systems, including Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Personal vehicle, valid driver's license and current insurance required.
Physical requirements:
Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
