Responsibilities
* Provides friendly service and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external Customers to resolve questions, discrepancies and procedural problems within established timeframes
* Develop and maintain understanding of Ground Operations and effective relationships with Ground Ops partner departments
* General clerical tasks such as filing, distribution of miscellaneous items/documents, answering phones, mail processing, etc.
* Responsible for station financials including verification of monies received from Station Sales, preparation of bank deposits, reconciliation and maintenance of petties, etc.
* Processes, verifies, balances and reconcile expense reports, invoices and Leader's purchasing card as needed to prepare for accounts payable. Audits and provides balancing report to Leader weekly or as needed
* Order, maintain, distribute and audit all accountable documents
* Prepare and process station level pass requests
* Maintenance of station and staff phone lists, org charts, conference room schedules, etc.
* Responsible for maintaining the integrity of confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company and personal information, including Employee files to ensure compliance with company guidelines, support planning decisions, engage stakeholders, and deliver on department goals and requirements
* Maintains and archives historical records by documenting changes and revisions to materials such as memos, project files, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
* Serves as primary resource for ensuring Internal Customer Care notifications are completed
* Disseminates correspondence and information as required through Company email and board mail
* Procurement and distribution of Station supplies
* Miscellaneous station duties such as coordination of station keys, badge distribution, parking administration, etc.
* Responsible for supporting cross-departmental projects/initiatives via communication and meeting coordination, preparation and organization of meeting materials, schedule preparation and distribution, document preparation, timeline and time frame documentation, luncheon planning, events, etc.
* Prepares and coordinates detailed special, real time and recurring reporting for operational and non-operational procedures to evaluate status, company processes, etc.

* Must be able to pass DOT/FAA pre-employment and randomized drug screens. Medical and recreational marijuana is prohibited due to the safety-sensitive nature of the Flight Attendant position.
* Must be able to pass a 10-year background check, including criminal background history. Your background must not prohibit travel to or from anywhere United flies. For example, Canada has a strict inadmissible classification for DWI/DUI charges including misdemeanors. If you have been on probation or convicted of a DWI/DUI within the last 10 years, the Canadian government will not allow you to travel to and from Canada unless you have already received a Temporary Resident Permit (TRP) from the Canadian government which will allow you to continue your work duties for a temporary period of time.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Requires a thorough knowledge of general building maintenance with emphasis on electrical solving, including AC & DC circuits, high voltage (480), high amperage and some 400 cycle equipment

+ Journeyman electrical license a plus

**Job description and responsibilities**
+ Performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTD) used in pilot training
+ Applies comprehensive technical knowledge to address sophisticated problems, those typically solved by accurately interpreting maintenance manuals or similar documents.
+ Capable of interpreting and working with computer systems applying various and multiple operating systems.
+ Includes FSTD prefights, tests and inspection, discrepancy troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, fabrication, repair and overhaul on FSTD's and sub-systems.
+ Additional duties also include maintenance of simulated aircraft systems, test and inspection of equipment to circuit board and component level hardware used in the maintenance and repair of FSTD equipment at the Denver Flight Training Center.
+ FSTs shall perform Qualification Test Guide (QTG) testing as the need arises to maintain FSTD's to their FAA Qualification Level.
+ Runs diagnostics and uses results for isolation of problems.
+ Diagnose and resolve problems associated with the initialization or operation during each training mission.
+ Monitors and supervises the repair status of inoperative equipment and document maintenance activities applying the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS).

What Will You Be Doing?
The Manager, purchasing position will lead a team that has four key focus areas focused on managing OEM contracts for purchasing aircraft and jet engines and other fleet and maintenance related contracts: 1) Contracting, 2) Vendor Management, 3) Process Improvements and 4) Team Management and Development. The role will lead cross-functional teams throughout the company to evaluate requirements of goods and services, conduct RFPs, negotiate spare parts purchasing contracts with suppliers/vendors, track supplier/vendor performance in order to enforce contractual provisions and evaluate advantageous contractual modifications. What Will You Be Doing?
Provides direct supervision, required guidance, and instruction to inspectors. Provides oversight and administration of Required Inspection Items (RII), NDT tasks, and Receiving Inspection. Performs maintenance inspection on aircraft as required. Assists with the administration of company, department, and other applicable policies. Performs duties required by the Director of Quality Assurance/Chief Inspector when designated.
Essential Functions
* Always follow (never deviate from) approved published procedures unless proper deviation approval is authorized.
* Provide direct supervision, required guidance, and instruction to inspectors and receiving inspectors.
* Coordinate with maintenance, shops and stores as required to ensure progress and timely completion of inspection tasks.
* Audit and monitor the aircraft maintenance and inspection functions to ensure the airworthiness of Frontier aircraft.
* Distribute and monitor inspector work assignments (as required) for RON and line maintenance field trip activities.
* Monitor Inspector performance and implement corrective action when necessary.
* Provide detailed turnovers of work in progress for incoming shift.
* Conduct lost and found tool investigations and complete associated reports.
* Assist with recurrent and on-the-job training for assigned Inspectors.
* Act as the NDT Administrator as directed by and on behalf of the Director, Quality Assurance/Chief Inspector. These duties will include assisting the responsible level 3 NDT inspector/trainer in coordinating initial and recurrent training, provide oversight and instruction to less experienced inspectors during on-the-job training. Track initial, recurrent and on-the-job training. Provide monthly reports to the training department for qualification status updates. Individuals serving in this capacity shall at a minimum be a Frontier Airlines Level 2 certified inspector or above.
* Act as the Borescope Train the Trainer (TTT) as directed by and on the behalf of the Director of Quality Assurance/Chief Inspector to provide initial borescope training and on-the-job training as required.
* Assist with work schedules, days off, vacation and training schedules.
* Monitor the in-process and proper completion of all required aircraft records (as required) during, RON and line maintenance, and outsourced maintenance activities.
* Ensure audit of required aircraft records is performed from field trip activities, RON, and line maintenance documents.
* Ensure required SDR reporting is timely and complete.
* Input and remove of all tooling from appropriate FMIS.
* Address all lost tools in accordance with Frontier's policies and procedures.
* Enter and control data for calibrated tooling in FMIS.
* Provide guidance and oversight for personnel in maintaining the FAA-approved Continuous Analysis and Surveillance System (CAS System).
* Participate in the development and improvement of the maintenance program by identifying concerns and providing suggestions for resolution.
* Provide constant oversight for safety-related issues.
* Responsible for housekeeping/cleanliness of all Inspection department work areas
* Evaluate the need for and approve overtime as necessary.
* Perform first line supervisor duties and responsibilities in union related matters.

Qualifications
* Current Mechanic Certificate with both airframe and powerplant ratings, held for at least 5 years
* Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience on different types of large airplanes with 10 or more passenger seats with an air carrier or certificated repair station, 1 year of which must have been as maintenance inspector

**Job overview and responsibilities**
The Staff Engineer will perform daily work assignments in accordance with UAL's FAA approved SQMS program within the regulatory framework of 14 CFR Part 60 which governs flight simulators.
This is a represented position governed in accordance with the UA/IBT Technicians Agreement. The department operates 24/7/365 and the Staff Engineers have a set weekly work schedule but may be REQUIRED to adjust their shift start times and duty days to accomplish their assigned work and may be requested to return to work during off-duty hours for unplanned simulator outages.
+ Design, development and modify computer software utilizing various programming languages
+ Installation and checkout of new aircraft avionics and software simulated aircraft systems based on aircraft changes
+ Develop concepts and techniques for use in upgrading or maintaining flight simulators
+ Develop alternate hardware solutions for obsolete component
+ Create and or modify technical documents related to flight simulators, computers, electronics and flight simulation technology such as electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and other commonly used documentation
+ Technical interface with aircraft engineering, aircraft component manufacturers, flight simulator OEMs and flight simulator sub system manufacturers
+ Perform various software updates including loading aircraft common databases, aircrew Lesson Plans, Instructor Operating Station (IOS) pages and controls and simulated aircraft malfunctions
+ Provide technical expertise during subjective and objective evaluations of flight simulators by the FAA
+ Troubleshooting and resolving non- routine simulator operational discrepancies while working with Flight Simulator Technicians
+ Usage of various types of diagnostic test and measurement equipment
+ Participate in various department meetings providing technical and aircraft specific operational information relative to discrepancies and projects
**Qualifications**

What Will You Be Doing?
Responsible for operational control of Frontier Airlines flights and jointly responsible with Captain for the preflight planning, delay and dispatch release of flights in compliance with Title 14 CFR, Part 121 and Frontier Operations Specifications.
Essential Functions
* Prepares dispatch release, a contract between the pilot-in-command and the dispatcher for each flight.
* Plans flights considering the effects of enroute winds and weather, balancing safety and economy.
* Determines the minimum fuel supply necessary for the safe completion of the flight including any required alternate airports.
* Calculates aircraft performance. Must be thoroughly familiar with reported and forecast weather conditions on the route to be flown.

What Will You Be Doing?
The Manager, Maintenance Planning has overall responsibility for the efficient planning of RON (Remain Overnight) Maintenance, Line Maintenance, and SMV (Special Maintenance Visits) to include engine changes, seat modifications, and any other maintenance event as directed by Maintenance & Engineering department leadership. The Manager, Maintenance Planning, reviews, develops, and modifies (as required), both long-term and short-term forecasted aircraft planning and maintenance schedules using a sliding window basis considering the following: availability of staffing, required tooling, equipment, parts and materials, skillset, and hours necessary to complete the assigned task. Must clearly and efficiently communicate and coordinate as required with the following groups: Line Maintenance, Heavy Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering, Materials, and Purchasing regarding the planning and assigning of maintenance tasks. Effectively communicate with the Manager, SOC (System Operations Control) regarding the timely routing of aircraft to facilitate the accomplishment of planned/assigned maintenance events.
Essential Functions
* Evaluate and modify, as required, all existing planned maintenance events to be accomplished by both Frontier Airlines' maintenance personnel and/or approved maintenance providers. This includes 60-day, 30-day, 10-day, 3-day, and current planning requirements for all routine and non-routine tasks using the Maintenance Due Report.
* Manage a planning team to ensure clear responsibilities are in place, that each team member understands. Implement daily and long-term goals for the team and ensure effective communication through calls and stand-up meetings to coordinate activities.
* Oversee and manage the assignment of all Minimum Equipment List (MEL) items as communicated by the MEL Coordination team.
* Oversee and review plans of all ODM (Other Deferred Maintenance) items for required manpower, parts, facilities, and tooling.
* Coordinate with Material Services and AOG (Aircraft On Ground) to ensure that required parts arrive in time to complete scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
* Ensure proper coordination with Material Services' tool room to ensure required tooling is available on-station to comply with scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
* Oversee and manage the plan and coordinate the sequencing and allocation of daily workload for efficient use of labor, skill level, and facilities.
* Oversee and evaluate the long-term plan for A-Checks, required engine work, and other special allocations for sequencing and optimization.
* Administer and manage all departmental self-audits.
* Effectively manage the aircraft mean hours and cycles in the Frontier Maintenance Information System (FMIS) for accurate forecasting of scheduled maintenance tasks.
* Assist with budget preparations for Line Planning department.
* Help set-up, audit, and maintain the online maintenance planning system in the FMIS to include training, technical knowledge, and practical instruction for Maintenance Planning.
* Plan and schedule work compliance on all EOs (Engineering Order), EAs (Engineering Authorization) and FCDs (Fleet Campaign Directive) issued by Engineering.
* Manage and maintain Planning department rosters and vacation schedules to ensure proper shift coverage is protected and maintained
* Ensure that department personnel, including this position, are properly trained, qualified, and current to perform assigned tasks and in accordance with company manual requirements
* Participate in continuous briefings of daily fleet-wide mechanical status to members of management
* Facilitate communication between teams in the organization to efficiently problem solve collaboratively

Qualifications
* FAA A&P license or equivalent aircraft maintenance experience required
* Minimum 5 years of Heavy Maintenance and/or Line Maintenance or Planning experience
* Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience or demonstrated skills in this area
* Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration or similar discipline preferred
* Experience with maintenance planning software or software related to planning/scheduling maintenance

Position Overview
The Firewall Engineer II is an experienced, competent, and hands-on firewall engineer who serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Frontier Firewall Engineering team. The Firewall Engineer II will be responsible for the availability, reliability, and administration of Frontier's firewall environments including, but not limited to installation, configuration, hardening, and 24-hour monitoring and support (participate in Firewall On-Call) for incident management. Firewall On-Call duties may require interfacing with other groups to assure highly available IT services. Responsibilities may extend to connection interfaces supporting IT systems, System Operations Center (SOC), telecommunications, and all other entities dependent upon firewall environments for connectivity.

* Recommend process improvements to ensure hardened firewall environments
* Provide regular status updates to leadership and the Project Management Organization (PMO) on existing projects and support activities
* Support various firewall projects while collaborating with other IT and business departments to determine requirements and meet project milestones
* Provide Level-3 escalation support for the maintenance and troubleshooting of the WAN and LAN firewall connections
* Develop and implement scripts for automated change deployment
* Implement and maintain firewall engineering policies and procedures to ensure network availability and compliance with InfoSec standards including, but not limited to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and Payment Card Industry (PCI)

What Will You Be Doing?
The Aircraft Appearance Supervisor oversees the Aircraft Appearance department's 24/7 day-to-day operations. This includes but is not limited to developing and supervising Aircraft Appearance Agents as well as outside vendors. (as described in the AAPM manual).

* Provide leadership, direction and on-the-job training to agents and coordinators.

What Will You Be Doing?
The aircraft mechanic is responsible for performing various maintenance functions on company aircraft in accordance with all company policies and procedures as well as all federal aviation regulations.
Essential Functions
* Perform and assist approved work by their leads within the scheduled shift.
* Ensure completeness of all assigned work documents and records.
* Seek on-the-job training during work shift to ensure proper qualification standards are met and maintained.
* Coordinate all activities with lead mechanic in charge or station supervisor.
* Research all pertinent information and material for work scheduled on aircraft.
* Maintain cleanliness of maintenance areas at all times.
* Ensure a "clean as you go" job ethic is adhered to.
* Ensure that all maintenance areas meet good "housekeeping" standards.
* Ensure that all tools (both personal and company owned) are removed from the aircraft, aircraft engines, appliances, and components.
* Always maintain positive tool control accountability.
* Immediately report lost and/or found tools to management.
* Follow all rules and regulations in order to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
* Research all pertinent information and material for work scheduled on aircraft.
* Input necessary data into the maintenance tracking software systems.
* Enter completed work into maintenance tracking software systems.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Comply with and implement the necessary procedures in the MEL/CDL/NEF Program.
* Monitor the proper completion of aircraft records (e.g., logbook pages, work cards, non-routines, engineering documents [EOs, EAs, etc.], and other related documents).
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of all assigned work documents and records.
* Make FMIS entries as required.
* Vol. D Maintain familiarization with the training requirements necessary as defined in the GMM 100: Maintenance Training Program and ensure training is current prior to performing the functions and tasks of this position.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Always follow (never deviate from) approved published procedures unless proper deviation is authorized.
* Additional responsibilities, as follows, by job qualification area:
* Interior Crew - remove, repair, and reinstall aircraft interiors including seats, galleys, lavatories, sidewalls, ceilings, flooring, etc.
Qualifications
* FAA certificated mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant ratings
* Requires two (2) years of experience performing maintenance in the following areas on A320 series or large similar type aircraft: maintenance checks, engine changes, gear changes, structural repairs, flight control rigging, component maintenance on A320 serious aircraft or on larger similar type aircraft or successful completion of accredited A&P mechanic training course.
* When directed by management, must obtain taxi and run-up qualification on all aircraft types within six months of assignment in Line Maintenance
Qualification by Job Qualification Area - Interior Crew Mechanic
* FAA certificated mechanic with Airframe rating
* Requires two (2) years of experience performing maintenance in one or more of the following areas on A320 series or large similar type aircraft: maintenance checks, engine changes, landing gear replacement, structural repairs, flight control rigging, component maintenance on A320 series aircraft or on large similar type aircraft or successful completion of accredited A&P mechanic training course
* When directed by management, must obtain taxi and run-up qualification on all aircraft types within six months of assignment in Line Maintenance
* Must have ability to complete differences training
* Must demonstrate behavior that portrays the company core values of Safety, Respect, Trust, Collaboration, Value, and Passion while communicating with personnel and acting on behalf of the company
* Must have the ability to plan, organize, and administrate workloads to subordinates
* Position requires extremely strenuous physical work involving objects in excess of 100 lbs. occasionally, and in excess of 50 lbs. frequently

Compensation
Base Rate : $29.39 per hr. increases to $29.90 per hr. after 90 days
Additional Premiums:
* $1.20 A License $1.20 P License
* $1.00 Run/Taxi Qualified after training
* $1.00 Graveyard Shift
* $.75 3 yrs Airbus exp. and Gen Fam certified or after training
* $.75 3 yrs Airbus exp. and Troubleshooting certified or after training
