This Planned Giving Manager is an innovative, results-driven, and organized professional that will be responsible for operating and growing a comprehensive planned giving program, developing relationships with donors and volunteers on SARRC's Professional Advisory Council, and increasing membership of SARRC's Legacy Circle by securing gifts from qualified prospects. This position holder will build and manage a portfolio of individual donors and prospects, creating personalized engagement strategies that support planned giving initiatives. This role will implement marketing and outreach strategies to increase awareness of SARRC's Legacy Circle and planned giving resources. The position holder will also leverage and optimize volunteers to plan and execute educational events for donors, program participants, professional advisors, volunteers, and community members.
Your Role at SARRC
Continually research, identify, solicit, and cultivate productive relationships with qualified prospects to secure gifts and grow SARRC's Legacy Circle
Provide personalized stewardship and donor recognition through multiple touchpoints including in-person meetings, telephone, e-mail, and special events
Coordinate and implement direct outreach campaigns to reach potential prospects for SARRC's Legacy Circle
Partner with members of Professional Advisory Council to broaden circle of influence and expand awareness of SARRC's Legacy Circle
Works effectively with the Professional Advisory Council and development team staff to coordinate and implement educational events on various topics related to estate, charitable gift, and special needs planning
Develop a marketing plan and coordinate production of planned giving marketing materials and awareness efforts with marketing team
Maintain and update all relevant giving history, communications, and pertinent information for all planned giving qualified prospects in donor database
Expand knowledge and stay current on all areas of planned giving and gift tax laws, serving as a resource for donors, board, and staff
Attend and support SARRC special events to grow relationships with current and future donors
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of (5) years of experience in planned giving, individual giving, or donor relations role (required)
Knowledge of charitable gift and estate planning, including wills, trusts, and gift tax laws
Recent history of highly successful prospect qualification, relationship building, and overall fundraising results
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office applications, and constituent database software
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) or Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP ) designation strongly preferred
Experience with Raiser's Edge software

$70,000 - $82,000 DOE

The manufacturing engineer position provides a crucial link between customer requirements and the final product that we deliver to our customers. The manufacturing engineer helps to define product specifications, develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes, and coordinate overall manufacturing/sourcing methods for both new and existing products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Interpretation of customer production specifications in the form of drawings (blueprints), text, samples or application requirements.
Analysis of product material and configuration specifications to determine suitability of form, fit and function.
Analysis of product specification and tolerance with regards to quality versus manufacturing process capabilities.
Determination of the manufacturing process including product structure (bill of materials), manufacturing routing(s), outside service processes and the application of manufacturing engineering standards.
Definition of product and raw material stock codes including description, invoked industry standards and revision levels.
Preparation of cost estimates in support sales and customer service to determine prices and subsequently acknowledge quotations to customers.
Preparation of factory documentation including drawings.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's in industrial or mechanical engineering.
