Assist residents in achieving housing stability within a continuum of housing services. Provide assessment, placement, and follow-up support services to target population. Functions as an integral part of an interdisciplinary team to develop individual housing plans. Responsibilities: Performs intakes, screening and assessments on potential and current residents. Meets with residents in transitional housing (2x/month) month or more, to assess needs and ensure compliance with program agreements. Oversees hygiene and safety standards of all units; inspects apartments, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers; reviews emergency escape plans and unit up-keep with residents. Our Level 1, acute care psychiatric facility located in Glendale is licensed to treat adults and adolescents for a wide range of psychiatric conditions and chemical dependency. The experienced Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) is responsible and accountable for assisting the RN in inpatient care. This staff member delivers solution-focused and strength-based services to a caseload of youth, kindergarten to 12 th grade. Therapists have office space within the school setting and provide in-home and/or community-based services to the member and/or family unit. After hired, the school and community-based therapist spends their first two weeks in a supportive training environment, then transition to shadowing peers in the field.
