Job Preview at a Glance:
As a Therapist you will have an exciting position where no one day is the same! This staff member delivers solution-focused and strength-based telehealth, in-home or in-office services to members diagnosed with either or both mental health or substance abuse disorders. The Licensed Therapist is responsible for providing timely, evidence-based clinical and non-clinical support services to children, adolescents and adults, including supportive services include: intakes, assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, psychiatric support and group interventions.
Location and Schedule:
This is a full time Monday-Friday position available to work in office from our Kingman Outpatient Clinic. Competitive wages!
Responsibilities:
Develops and implements treatment plans, clinical assessment criteria, and programmatic goals, objectives, and activities. Performs intakes and psychosocial assessments of adults, families, children, and adolescents.
Conducts ongoing therapy with adults, families, children, and adolescents within a brief therapy framework.
Conducts home visits and case consultations as needed.
Coordinates closely with clinical staff and staff from other providers.
Provides community consultation and education to community agencies, schools, neighborhood groups, and other community human service professionals.
Maintains required number of client contact hours per week.
Maintains the expected level of productivity.
Maintains accurate, thorough, and current documentation in accordance to SB&H clinical standards.
Requirements:
Minimum requirement consists of a 21-year age Master's Degree in Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work) Licensed or license eligible at the Associate level by the Arizona Board of Behavioral health Examiners.
Independent License strongly preferred. One (1) year of full-time behavioral health experience highly preferred.
Must have fingerprint clearance issued by Arizona Department of Public Safety of eligible to receive within eight (8) weeks of hire.

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is looking for a strong Therapist to work in our School Based program at Erickson Outpatient Clinic, Roosevelt SD! You'll connect with the patients, learn their stories and help them improve their quality of life.
Support:
Therapists report to a Licensed Clinical Program Director and Coordinator, and also have expert Leads for additional mentorship. Therapists receive free 1:1 clinical supervision, and are a part of a supportive interdisciplinary team which meets bi-weekly. Therapists are invited to an array of on-going, in-house education opportunities regarding cultural competency and modality building skills. Additionally, staff can receive tuition and certification reimbursement.
Requirements:
Minimum requirement consists of a 21-year age

Schedule/Location: this position works Monday-Friday, 8-5. SB&H Community Resilience Center is located off of 27th Ave and Campbell.
Pay: starting salary is $60,000 per year with benefits.
About the Position
The Lead Therapist is responsible for providing timely, evidence-based clinical and non-clinical support services to adults, children and adolescents, including screening, assessment, treatment planning, individual, family, couples and group counseling, case management and crisis intervention. All services are guided by the Jason K. Principles and delivered according to guidelines set forth by the RBHA and ADHS.
Duties & Responsibilities
Individual counseling
Group counseling
Organize incoming referrals - schedule & complete intakes
Complete intakes for new CRC members & annual updates for existing CRC members
Monitor CRC Master List for clinical document compliance
Monitor CRC LAG List for members who are not programming w/regularity - outreach protocols
Review & Sign clinical documentation
Train CRC staff on proper completion of clinical documentation
Complete assessment attestations w/CRC staff so they can complete intakes/annual updates on their own
Run SMI-FDP diversion groups
Provide clinical oversight for CRC staff and SB&H staff on a weekly basis
Minimum Requirements
Minimum requirement consists of a 21-year age
Master's Degree in Behavioral Health field (Counseling, or Social Work).
Licensed at the Associate or Independent level by the Arizona Board of Behavioral health Examiners
Required to maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and pass motor vehicle screening for insurance purposes in order to transport clients, based upon need/requirements of the clinic and/or program.
