Kelley Rexroad SPHR is a Founder and Principal Consultant at krexconsulting, Adjunct Instructor for Continuing Education at University of South Florida USF, and Human Resources and Risk Management Office Chief at Southwest Florida Water Management District and is based in Florida. She has worked as VP, HR at Cardinal Health Inc.; HR and Corp Comms VP at Reflectone Inc; and Instructor at United States Center for Entrepreneurship. Kelley studied at Falconer HS, Mary Baldwin University between 2019 and 2021, and Thunderbird School of Global Management between 2000 and 2001.

I have been at the District since 1987 and have about 30 years experience in groundwater resource evaluation in Florida. Currently a chief hydrogeologist in the Resource Evaluation Section with principle involvement in our Northern District as part of the District's springs team and minimum flow and level evaluation. I recently co-authored a report on the Integrated Northern Tampa Bay model with Dr. Jeff Geurink at Tampa Bay Water that documents the construction and calibration of an integrated surface water/ground-water model for a 4,000 square mile area of west-central Florida. I also conduct simulations using the Northern District regional groundwater flow model and project managed the creation of the Peace River Integrated Model by a consultant.
