Participate in outreach activities with assigned customers and target prospects with the objective to acquire new business. Complies with laws and regulations governing the lending function. Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans. Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor relating to the bank and its functions. Required Skills/Abilities: Thorough knowledge of consumer and commercial products, credit policies, procedures and terminology. Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. BCBA's are responsible for providing ongoing support to their clients and the RBT's working with them. The ideal candidate will develop treatment plans and provide training and oversight to the RBT's that will be implementing the plans. The BCBA should be organized, and self-sufficient to successfully perform in this role. Additionally, the BCBA must react well under pressure, approach others in a tactful manner, treat others with dignity and respect, follow through on commitments and accept responsibility for their actions. The BCBA will demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, seek ways to promote and enhance quality, and apply feedback provided to improve performance. In this role a BCBA will: Maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, community members, Judevine staff and any other professional who may be working with the client(s). Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and any other assessments needed to ensure quality services (i.e.: VB-MAPP, ADOS 2, ABBLS, etc.) as well as, design, analyze, and modify ABA programs based on assessment results and ongoing data. Collaborate with other treatment team members and members of the client's education environment (as applicable) regarding their progress through interdisciplinary team meetings, record review, and informal discussions, as appropriate. Provide services in a variety of settings which may include the clinic, family homes, community settings, and schools. Ensure that all RBT's are trained adequately on each support plan they are working with and monitor their service delivery to ensure accurate and quality services are provided consistently. This includes training, modeling, and providing feedback on the implementation of the support plans. Provide direct behavioral interventions as needed. Complete all documentation as required on a timely basis and in accordance with established procedures. Graph, analyze, and interpret data on the occurrence of target behaviors and replacement behaviors. Board-Certified Behavior Analyst's must be able to work independently and, in a team setting. They must stay current with all trainings, certifications/CEU's, and/or licensure requirements for the position. They must perform their work and supervision with high ethical standards, according to Judevine and BACB's guidelines. The BCBA must consistently attend work on time, ensure responsibilities are covered when absent, and arrive to meetings and appointments on time and fully prepared. Registered Behavior Technicians/RBTs are responsible for providing direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services to children on the autism spectrum so that they are enabled to reach their full potential. Registered Behavior Technicians help children improve behavior, communication, social and functional skills. The RBT will follow the treatment plan developed by the supervising BCBA which can also include play, listening skills, communication, visual perception, matching, or school-readiness skills. We will provide the training needed to become an RBT, pay you during training, and cover the cost of the exam. We are currently hiring RBTs for our St. Louis Children's Clinic! Our primary emphasis is Early Intervention. Registered Behavior Technicians/RBTs are responsible for providing direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services to children on the autism spectrum so that they are enabled to reach their full potential. Registered Behavior Technicians help children improve behavior, communication, social and functional skills. The RBT will follow the treatment plan developed by the supervising BCBA which can also include play, listening skills, communication, visual perception, matching, or school-readiness skills. If you are not yet registered, but you are interested in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician, we can help you!! We will provide the training needed to become an RBT, pay you during training, and cover the cost of the exam. You will work directly with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst who will guide you through the process! Judevine is looking to hire highly motivated people who are either already a Registered Behavior Technician or interested in becoming an RBT in our brand new clinic serving young children. The clinic is located off Dorsett Road. Our Registered Behavior Technicians will: Build play-based, cooperative relationships with children to motivate them to seek social interaction. Help to teach alternatives to unsafe behaviors Help teach functional communication using pictures, problem-solving skills, and social interaction. Increase appropriate behaviors by rewarding safety with extra praise, play, liked items, or snacks. Collect data on learning progress and problem behavior. This position will entail working directly with children providing instruction following the methodology of applied behavior analysis. The position is PT with the with morning and after school hours. Could develop into FT. Core functions Establishes and maintains therapeutic relationship by pairing self as reinforcement and building the clients motivation for social interaction with the RBT. Provides prompts for safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem solving skills. Fades prompts as appropriate to promote successful and independent responding. Ensures an increase in frequency/duration of safe and appropriate behaviors by providing the individual access to reinforcers (desired tangibles, attention, or removal of demands). Accurately and neatly collects behavior data including: ABC, frequency, duration, latency, inter-response time, event, and interval based recording. Maintaining and submitting paperwork according to deadlines including, but not limited to timesheets, data logs, and session notes. Follows the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeking out appropriate consultation. Educate parents on reinforcement and early intervention information. Offering suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family's daily routine. Educates all those involved about the role of ABA based interventions and the RBT role, and functions within boundaries of the RBT role in providing treatment. Provide systematic, positive and functional programming to all clients. Maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, community members, and Judevine staff. Represent self and agency in a professional manner, providing public relations when necessary. Starting pay is $19 per hour with RBT certification/$17 without RBT certification.
