Overview This position is intended to perform Customer Care Functions at an entry level. This position requires significant direction from more experienced department personnel. General Statement Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director of Traffic & Transportation Management, this position plans, directs, performs, or participates in a variety of traffic engineering-related projects and tasks such as traffic signal control system operation, design of traffic signal plans, right-of-way management, specifications and cost estimates, traffic signal system timings, and traffic studies.
