Southwestern Christian College in Terrell, Texas offers academic and
religious programs as well as numerous supportive services to help
students academically and otherwise. At Southwestern Christian students can get a bachelor's degree in Bible
and Religious Education or an associate's degree in Liberal Arts. Since
it is a Christian school, even the Liberal Arts program provides
foundational training in Bible studies. Students at Southwestern Christian College may go to the Student Success
Center for tutoring, academic advising and instruction in such academic
skills as note-taking, test-taking, time management and study skills. The
Center also provides career counseling. Freshman interested in applying to Southwestern Christian will need to
submit proof of a high school diploma or GED, transcripts, a personal
essay, SAT scores and recommendation letters. Transfer applicants are not
required to take the SAT. All prospective Southwestern Christian students have the option to apply
