ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General description of main/primary duties and responsibilities of the job, aptitude, level of complexity, span of control, autonomy, decision making and judgement. It is central and necessary to the satisfactory performance of the job. Includes the following and other duties as assigned.
Under general supervision this position will:
Lead a team assigned to multiple stations and ensure their activities consistently follow the established procedures. Review and verify work orders, and help the team resolve issues to ensure timely completion.
Make decisions, troubleshoot, and resolve issues as the subject matter expert on gas compression, processed equipment, filtration, and overall facility operation/maintenance.
Take the lead to plan and execute all Operation projects which includes costs, job service agreements (JSAs)/resources, and onsite overview of contractors' performance within the compressor station.
Assist with writing work procedures for QA/QC, lockout/tagout, start/stop units, etc. and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across all stations.
In conjunction with Safety, train employees on the QA/QC and SOPs.
Plan, complete and verify several audits, tests and inspections like EDS test, crane inspections, and QA/QC audits.
Properly set and adjust operational parameters to maximize station performance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience, Licensure (minimum level required)
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least five (5) years of compression and dehydration facility operations experience.
At least one (1) year of leading or supervising a team.
Waukesha and Caterpillar engine training and experience.
Ariel compressor training and experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
Scale House:
General Housekeeping (i.e. sweep, mop, dust, clean restroom, and take out trash)
Answer Phones
Communicate with drivers via CB radio
Data Entry from scaled truck weight
Load sand trucks using the via automation system
Communicate with other employees via radios system
Obtain driver signature on paperwork and place in appropriate files.
Silo Loader:
Operate loader to load sand into hopper and inside warehouse
Must be alert and aware of surrounding (ie. turning head looking out all windows and verifying the direction being travelled)
Control sand inventory in silos by communicating with the scale house.
Check to ensure that contamination of sand props is minimized.
Railcar Unloader/Conductor:
Open and close pit doors
Verify with Engineers that all switches line up before moving.
Communicate with Engineers via Radio
Count cars and help perform all switches
Check all cars to understand to know where to make the separations
Lace hoses when coupling and pull pin releases when uncoupling
Set hand brakes by climbing up a 2-step ladder and turn the brake wheel
Use pneumatic opener to open and close cars.
Record the information from railcar on list “car number “
Once a hopper, is empty spot the next hopper while communicating to engineer
Key Requirements
Must be able to work outdoors in all environments and take direction to perform individual tasks that contribute to the team's success.
Must be able to cope with outdoor temperatures (hot and cold temperatures.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment including half mask respirator, hard hat, steel toe boots, safety glasses when expected
Must be able to shovel sand, sweep scales and use a grease gun.
Must be able to climb heights to 95' using safety ladders.
You must be open to working weekends, and overtime work is very possible.
You must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
Good oral and written communication skills necessary.

+ Collaborates with Project Controls on project administration (scheduling, estimating, cost management, schedule management etc.) so that project resources are optimized. Conducts productivity analysis to identify and resolve critical variances so that project can achieve established objectives.
+ Coordinates with Procurement in the development of a contracting plan, including engineering and execution resources.
+ Identifies risk factors and ranks as of level of threat posed to project's success during technical and location-oriented risk assessment. Qualifications:

Oversee inventory control - manages the supply, storage and accessibility of parts as well as tools in order to insure an adequate supply to do the work without excessive oversupply or shrinkage.
Mentor less experienced Techs on utilizing the basic technical principles to determine the cause of compressor equipment problems and oversee the required repairs or arranges for additional diagnostic and/or repair support.
Conduct timely rebuilds/overhauls of compressors, engines and controls on gas compressor packages in the field or shop.
Respond to recurring problems and emergency services, as needed.
Train and assist lower-level technicians with assigned tasks.

The Project Manager is responsible for effectively overseeing and managing the construction of one large and/or multiple smaller scale projects. Projects may be mechanical or multi-disciplined projects in accordance with the established construction budget to ensure customer satisfaction and manage the quality of installation. He/she is responsible for managing the handling of material and labor to ensure timely and smooth-running project(s). He/she is responsible to assist in the training Project Supervisors, Project Foremen and Technicians and to set an example of excellence in work and attitude that will favorably affect all personnel on the project.
Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills):
+ Minimum of a High school diploma or GED is required.
+ PMP certification (preferred).
+ Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
+ Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience of teams/crews.
+ Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, etc.).
+ OSHA 30 (if you do not have a valid certification, we will make arrangements for you to obtain the required training).
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
+ Create, maintain, and follow a construction schedule assigning appropriate personnel to complete the project on schedule and within budget.
+ Determine and advise as appropriate on all local laws concerning items such as landfills, carting companies, local mechanical codes and permitting.
+ Ensure safety practices are followed and the work is performed in a safe productive manner.
+ Possess the ability to efficiently manage multiple energy efficiency projects concurrently.
+ Prepare and deliver performance evaluations for project foremen and technicians; when appropriate, discipline, train, and/or counsel assigned personnel.
+ Maintain effective communications at all levels; to include internal and external resources. This will include timely updates to clients, PowerSecure Executives, sub-contractors, agents of code enforcement/permitting, engineers, architects, and employees across various trades.
+ Manage subcontractors per contractually requirements, both internally and onsite.
+ Manage a clean and safe work site; cleaning construction areas at the end of the day, proper recycling procedures, and waste disposal in accordance with local ordinances.
+ Walk project sites before starting installation to identify any specialized equipment required and account for work scheduled accordingly.
+ Verify the correctness and quality of the work being performed, ensure it fulfills or exceeds customer expectations.
+ Accurately monitor, track, and maintain records/reporting of all materials utilized and remaining.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and ensure deliverables are executed in a timely manner.
+ Must be prepared to procure storage facilities for project materials and equipment.
+ Create and Maintain Project Risk Plans
+ Oversee Project Quality Assurance Requirements.
+ Typical project value is 100K to 5M

+ Climbing (ladders), kneeling, reaching, balancing, lifting (up to 40 pounds regularly), working overhead.
+ May be required to stand for extended periods of time and negotiate uneven terrain.

Unit Inspector Qualifications
