Management is terrible and treats their employees like garbage.
No benefits at all here, not even a 401k.
Nothing unless you like your thoughts not being heard.
The "president" is nothing but a puppet to the tyrant that really runs the company which is the "consultant". The consultant is the one who really has been running the company and has done nothing but make people leave and who's ignorant and selfish decisions will be the end of this company. Terrible and not an ounce of organization but they do a great job at getting you your collets 3 to 4 weeks late.

there are not 175 employees. lie #1. don't invest time there unless you like being lied to.

They don’t train properly throw you into the wolves then fire you terrible experience there the supervisor just walks around does his rounds and does nothing all day the employees treat the temps like shit don’t make them feel welcomed terrible place to work very dangerous they don’t tell you you should put this special creme on to avoid rashes from the materials and machines you work on another employee had to warm me about it

Absolutely nothing.
Southwick and Meister overworks and underpays most employees. They hire people off the street with less experience for more money then employees that have been there for years. They bully, allow filthy sexual language, allow employees to harass other employees and don't do anything about employees drinking and smoking marijuana at break time. I have witnessed all of these things.
Their profit sharing pays so little that after 8 years I only had $2,000.
