Responsibilities
Basic Function - Ensure that appropriate number of cars is kept on location throughout shift, cars are being parked in an appropriate fashion and the lot is kept clean and presentable.
Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed.
Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies.
Patrol transient and reserved parking levels on foot or in customized motor carts, if applicable.
Provide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
Courteously assist Customers by answering any questions they may have. If necessary, direct the Customer to the Facility Manager for further assistance.
Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
Communicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. to garage office.
Substitute for Valets when necessary, if authorized.
Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage.
Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
Qualifications

3rd Shift Line Attendant
(Sunday - Thursday) 10:30PM-6:30AM
As a Line Attendant, you'll be responsible for preparing and in-feeding product into packaging equipment, inspecting product and packaging, and packing cases with finished goods cheese. Some production lines also require stacking cases on pallets. This position requires frequent reaching, grasping, lifting and carrying.

• Open and rework product.
• Gather, review, and apply labels/stickers/ backer boards.
• Review order specs and assemble boxes.
• Review order specs and pack boxes.
• Inspect Machine E stops to ensure functionality before production starts.
• Quality checks to assure product is packaged according to customer specifications on production sheet (price / label / packaging).
• Directly communicate to line personnel on order specs and quality issues.
• Palletize product.
• Enter data on production reports.
• Communicate to line personnel on safety issues.
• Productive use of down time.

Required Education and Experience
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment.
Ability to make minor decisions based on standard practices.
Ability to read and prepare production reports and comprehend production worksheets.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Preferred Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED.
Ability to promote and model teamwork.
Basic computer skills.

Position Summary:
At the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Counter / Warehouse position will be required to excel in all clerical and warehouse areas of Parts Operations that may include but not be limited to:
* Maintain a clean safe work environment
* Strong customer service skills
* Parts counter sales
* Safely and efficiently operate a forklift
* Load and unload parts truck and freight deliveries
* Efficiently and accurately pick, put away and deliver parts orders to designated shop and will call areas
* Basic skills in shipping, receiving, freight in bound and out bound
* Ability to fabricate hoses
* Ability to inspect and process cores and warranty accurately and efficiently
* Ability to understand the basic principles of inventory control
* The ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision
* Accurately complete all paperwork and required documentation
* Candidate must have effective written and verbal communication skills
* Must have mechanical aptitude
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
* Intermediate computer, keyboarding, MS Word and Excel
* Ability to learn new software products: Warrtrack, literature/media requests, SIB requests etc.
* Skilled in cash and credit card handling/reconciliation/refunds
* Resolve problems and make sound decisions
* Organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
* Work independently & efficiently in a fast paced environment
* Perform additional tasks as directed
* Work regular overtime as required
* Familiarity with product line a plus

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Associates degree in a business discipline or Technical school is preferred
