Responsibilities
Basic Function - Ensure that appropriate number of cars is kept on location throughout shift, cars are being parked in an appropriate fashion and the lot is kept clean and presentable.
Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed.
Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies.
Patrol transient and reserved parking levels on foot or in customized motor carts, if applicable.
Provide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
Courteously assist Customers by answering any questions they may have. If necessary, direct the Customer to the Facility Manager for further assistance.
Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
Communicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. to garage office.
Substitute for Valets when necessary, if authorized.
Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage.
Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

Position Overview:
As a Retail Sales Associate at The UPS Store, you will be the face of our store, engaging with customers to provide top-notch service and solutions tailored to their needs. From shipping and packing services to printing and mailbox rentals, you'll be empowered to showcase our wide range of products and services and play a vital role in ensuring our customers' needs are met with excellence.
Store Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30-7:00pm
Saturday: 9am-6pm
Sunday: 10am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm, building rapport and trust to drive sales and loyalty.
Provide expert guidance on our services and products, offering customized solutions to meet each customer's unique needs.
Process shipments, pack items securely, and ensure accurate documentation for smooth transactions.
Operate printing and copying equipment delivering high quality results timely.
Handling of mail and packages with care and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized store to uphold brand standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience
Able to lift 40+ pounds.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS devices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math.
Hourly Rate is based on skills and experience.
Range $17.50-$19.50 per hour

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent perferred
One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
Detail oriented with excellent follow up practices

Responsibilities
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety.
Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
Performs other duties as assigned.
