Responsibilities Schedule is full time. As part of the team you will be tasked to clean areas in a large garage with 3014 space garage and seven stairwells from levels P2-P6. Mon- 6pm-230am, Tues/Wed off, Thurs - Friday 5pm-1:30am, and Sat-Sun-Mon 6pm-2:30am Union locations offers great benefits after 90 days Basic Function - This position is involved with janitorial duties and customer interface. Previous experience is preferred, but not required in all positions. Individual must be able to perform with minimum supervision. Perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks noted on checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter and debris is removed from all areas of the facility using brooms, mops, brushes and other hand tools. Make multiple rounds daily to pick up and discard trash and debris. Empty all trash receptacles inside and out, including offices. Note and report burned out light bulbs and any malfunctions of equipment. Clean all spills. Submit requests for repairs or maintenance. Follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations. Clean all Restrooms. Keep an inventory of janitorial supplies. Maintain a daily janitorial service sheet. Operate commercial cleaning equipment, as applicable for the job. Shovel and clean, snow from the entrance or exit ramps and in areas designated by the Facility Manager using shovels and other cleaning equipment. Report any unknown, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager in a timely manner. Practice the Three Keys to Customer Satisfaction including the Five Customer Service Behaviors to ensure successful customer interactions. Assist customers within the facility or as directed by the Facility Manager/Supervisor. Resolve customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor. Be familiar with all aspects of the operation and cover other duties and etc. on an as needed basis. Maintain a neat and clean appearance and arrive and remain complete uniform before and during scheduled shifts. Perform other duties as assigned. The CGT QAA also needs to ensure compliance with applicable regional and local regulations and requirements, and client requirements as appropriate, but not limited to: current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Good Documentation Practices (GDocP), 21 CFR Part 210 and 211. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** + Implement, promote and maintain Marken's Global Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. + Assist in the Management of deviations, complaints, audit records, CAPA plans, change controls, collation of quality metrics and trending, and identification and implementation of quality improvement initiatives. + Evaluate the risk and impact of changes within scope of the CGT/QA team and advise on necessary actions, as applicable. + Interact with clients on Quality Assurance (QA)/ GxP related matters under management supervision. + Assist in internal audits including tracking of associated corrective and preventative actions (CAPA). + Support Client audits and Regulatory Inspections- participate as a QA SME, prepare requested materials, review/approve Marken audit responses, follow up on CAPA identified. + Effectively interact with Marken operational departments and stakeholders to provide guidance and quality oversight of all CGT activities ensuring alignment to Marken's QMS. + Identify relevant GxP/Quality related training needs and deliver or make they are deliver where required. + Write the quality processes and procedures associated with job role with management guidance and effective controlled document approval. + Keep informed of regulatory changes within assigned _Country/Region_ and promptly escalate changes to management. + Assisting in the evaluation of Marken-designated vendors and/or out-sourced activities. + Ensuring the accuracy and quality of records and documents. + Participate actively in all the internal Quality, CGT and/or other pertinent meetings. + Travel may be required for the performance of duties. **Qualifications:** + **Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences field required.** + Demonstrated knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Distribution Practices, Good Documentation Practice guidelines. + Related knowledge of local regulations. + **Relevant technical experience and/or quality experience in a GxP industry or the equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience.** + **Knowledge of cold chain supplies preferred.** + **Knowledge of drug product logistics, storage and distribution preferred.** + Six Sigma green belt or equivalent experience is desired. + Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with direct stakeholders including with customers, vendors, equipment suppliers, and operations staff. + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. + Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite **Compensation & Benefits:** Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. **The starting pay rate for this position is $44.00 per hour** . Responsibilities Position: Parking Enforcement Officer Rate of Pay: $21.50 Hours include: Full time: Monday- Friday 0630-1530. Part Time: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 2100-0100 Monitor designated streets, lots, garages, other public areas and/or an entire campus to ensure compliance with parking policies. * Provide customer service by answering questions regarding directions, events, building locations and parking policies. * Issue citations and warnings for non-compliance with a computerized hand held computer or manual tickets. Impound, boot or relocate vehicles as directed. * This position requires the ability to work alone and therefore must exercise proper judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with people. * Assist maintenance staff with duties related to parking equipment and facility upkeep and maintenance. This includes but is not limited to: inspecting and assessing lots for maintenance issues, painting, cleaning and repairing parking meters and pay and display machines, installing signs, sign posts and meter posts. * Assist in the collection and security of all monies received through parking meters, multi-space machines , pay on foot technology and any other means of collecting parking revenues and fees. * Assist event staff with activities related to parking for events. This includes but is not limited to: setting up for events, traffic control, receipt of payment for parking, and lot usage control. * Assist office staff with activities related to permit sales during peak seasons. This includes but is not limited to data entry, collating mailings, providing frontline customer service. * Other related duties as assigned. * Please note that Enforcement Officers are not sworn police officers and have no arresting authority. Qualifications Qualification Requirements: The personnel selected for parking enforcement officer positions must have certain traits and abilities that enable them to achieve expected levels of performance. Some of the most important competencies are exercising sound independent judgment and maintaining a high level of customer service. Other areas include: * Knowledge of geography of the area they are enforcing * Knowledge of hazards and safety precautions * Ability to use a hand held computer * Ability to operate a motorized vehicle or bicycle * Ability to understand and apply parking regulations * Ability to interact with others in a courteous and tactful manner * Ability to walk for extended periods of time * Ability to work in all weather conditions * Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire Availability to Work: Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week-ends may be required. License Requirement: The individual will be required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record. Physical Demands and Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk and listen. Employees are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions including snow storms, and extreme heat. Employees work in and around potentially dangerous traffic situations, and employees are to be safety conscious at all times.
