Responsibilities
Basic Function - This position is involved with facility maintenance duties and customer interface. Previous experience is preferred, but not required in all positions. Individual must be able to perform with minimum supervision. Other duties may include: equipment service and general housekeeping tasks.
* Perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks noted in the checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter and debris is removed from all areas of the facility using brooms, mops, brushes and other hand tools.
* Walk garage daily to note and correct any maintenance problems.
* Sweep and pick up around the entrances and exits to the garage and stairwells as well as clean surface area rails, etc. on all levels, the booth, the office and rest rooms.
* Empty all trashcans in the garage, the booth and the office.
* Paint any and all areas of the facility as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all painted surfaces such as poles, signs, doors, walls, curbs, islands, gates, etc. are properly maintained and look neat and clean.
* Replace burned out bulbs.
* Apply oil absorbent to oil spills.
* Submit requests for repairs or maintenance.
* Check conditions of safety items, such as gate arms to ensure clearance bars are secure.
* Check ticket spitters and gates daily for proper operations, ticket supply, accuracy of time on clock and general appearance.
* Provide ticket and record gate counters to the Manager.
* Keep an inventory of janitorial supplies.
* Maintain a garage/lot sweep sheet.
* Operate automatic sweepers, scrubbers, outdoor equipment such as weed eater, lawnmowers or other electrical tools to repair or construct items, as applicable.
* Shovel, plow or blow snow from the entrance or exit ramps and in areas designated by the Facility Manager using shovels, snow blowers and other light duty equipment.
* Report any unknown, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager in a timely manner.
* Practice the Three Keys to Customer Satisfaction including the Five Customer Service Behaviors to ensure successful customer interactions.
* Assist customers within the facility or as directed by the Facility Manager/Supervisor.
* Resolve customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor.
* Be familiar with all aspects of the operation and cover other duties including cashier, attendant, etc. on an as needed basis.
* Maintain a neat and clean appearance and arrive and remain complete uniform before and during scheduled shifts.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $16.52 per hour
Basic Function - Ensure that appropriate number of cars is kept on location throughout shift, cars are being parked in an appropriate fashion and the lot is kept clean and presentable.
Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed.
Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies.
Patrol transient and reserved parking levels on foot or in customized motor carts, if applicable.
Provide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
Courteously assist Customers by answering any questions they may have. If necessary, direct the Customer to the Facility Manager for further assistance.
Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
Communicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. to garage office.
Substitute for Valets when necessary, if authorized.
Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage.
Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

* Assist event staff with activities related to parking for events. This includes but is not limited to: setting up for events, traffic control, receipt of payment for parking, and lot usage control.
* Assist office staff with activities related to permit sales during peak seasons. This includes but is not limited to data entry, collating mailings, providing frontline customer service.
* Other related duties as assigned.

The Impact You Will Have
The Director will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of raising capital and closing funds, working closely with the leadership team of WDAE Investor Relations (IR) to execute on its business plan and achieve its capital raise and revenue goals. Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing superior level of monitoring of all cell and gene shipments as well as end-to-end oversight of transportation logistics management to ensure timely coordination of shipping schedule and transport of cell and gene shipments . Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Reporting to the Control Tower Manager, the Logistics Coordinator - Cell & Gene will be responsible for successfully supporting the daily operations as it relates to cell and gene shipments. This will include the daily co-ordination with various branches and close monitoring of Maestro.
· Develop excellent working relationships with internal departments - Project Management, Operations, Customer Relationship Managers and the Customer Services Team and Overseas Marken offices/agents.
· Review customer bookings in Maestro against client specifications and pre-defined lane mapping. Pre-alert Branches and LSPs to the collection and delivery instructions.
· Update Maestro milestones and chase any milestones not added as agreed.
· Review Client Operating Procedures and manage all paperwork or checklists associated with cell and gene shipments.
· Ensure documentation is accurate, complete and attached to Maestro as defined in COPs and SOPs.
· Monitor GPS tracking on all CGT shipments as well as daily dashboards.
· Monitor weather, civil unrest, strikes, or anything that would perhaps delay a shipment.
· Provide clear and accurate information regarding the handling of the shipments, especially when shipments are delayed.
· Post flight and trace investigations to improve service.
· Provide support and assistance when dealing with special requirements and inform the Customer Services Group / Project Management team accordingly.
· Produce daily reports, which detail any transport issues within the Marken network
· Monitoring LSPs carrying out a job. This may include calling ahead, sending dispatch instructions, training and multiple follow ups to ensure 100% accuracy.
· Ensure All PODs are recorded within correct agreed time frames.
· Monitor and analyze repetitive operational issues to develop solutions and lessons learned.
**Desired qualifications:**
Experience:
+ End-to-end logistics coordination, preferably in clinical trials or pharmaceutical/biotech environments
