Responsibilities This role will support the day-to-day management of the valet operation to ensure the operation is fostering an excellent guest experience, good client relations and promoting a professional and courteous image. Additionally, this role will play a key part in creating and implementing a successful staging plan by utilizing all aspects of the location's layout to ensure maximum parking capacity. Participate in programs to improve client and guest satisfaction. Ensure guests are receiving timely and exception service by: Courteously assisting guests by answering any questions they may have; Assisting guests in and out of their vehicle; Driving, parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and professional manner; and Having a thorough knowledge of all areas of the valet operation, major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area. Create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated daily vehicle volume. Maintain full compliance to the standard operating procedures, while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times. Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit compliance standards. Quickly distinguish vehicle make and models; have a general knowledge of vehicle operations. Ensure that drive lanes and crosswalks are clean of debris, water, oil spills, etc. Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager. Review damage claims. Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team. Substitute for any position, if necessary. Complete other duties as needed. About the Role The Production Supervisor - Weld & Fabrication is responsible for leading and managing welding and fabrication operations to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and within budget. Required Skills Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with computer-integrated manufacturing systems. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to analyze production data and implement data-driven solutions.
