What you'll do
* Courteously assist customers by answering any questions they may have courteously.
* Deliver quality customer service, receive customer payment for parking services, and facilitate traffic flow through the gate.
* Responsible for arriving at work every scheduled day on time and in a neat and clean uniform.

The Luggage Agent position is responsible for sorting the luggage for delivery to the appropriate resort or ship. The Luggage Agent will assist with unloading arriving luggage from the terminal and placing it on the carousel for sorting.
The Luggage Agent is also responsible for scanning the luggage, loading it into the correct cage for the Resort, sealing the cage and delivering the cage to the dock.

Responsibilities
The BSO Supervisor will work in the BSO office at the airport to manage Baggage Service Representatives and ensure they are effectively working with customers to assist them with their delayed, damaged or pilfered baggage.
The BSO Supervisor must be empathetic and helpful to customers who have been separated from their belongings and must be resourceful when searching for valuable items or assisting a customer replace his/her damaged items.
Bags is the Baggage Service Office provider for a major airline carrier at the MCO International Airport. This commercial airline provides passenger and cargo transportation throughout North America, Central America, South America, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Supervise Baggage Service Representatives
Provide First Class Service to guests, clients, and employees
Supervise policies and procedures for Priority Parcel Service packages
Supervise the Lost & Found/Left on Board items process for the airline at the Baggage Service Office
Be knowledgeable of all aspects of the operation and continually ensure that operational goals are being met
Provide employee feedback and promote a positive work environment that fosters teamwork
Qualifications
Airline industry experience preferred
BSO experience preferred
2 to 3 years of customer service experience
Minimum 2 years management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
Ability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
A Wheelchair Supervisor works at an airport facility and oversees the wheelchair operation.
Responsibilities include oversight of the wheelchair operation to ensure that all passengers requiring assistance are in a manner that exceeds expectations. This position may also include assisting by pushing passengers in a wheelchair to and from their arrival/departure gate, and assisting passengers with moving luggage to their vehicles, taxi stands, parking shuttle stations, and rental car stations. Push wheelchair passengers to and from gates

Ensure wheel brakes are in place prior to allowing passengers to exit the wheelchair
Complete any necessary wheelchair or incident reports
Follow dispatcher gate orders
Maintains a friendly and positive attitude and is attentive to each passenger's individual needs; by assisting passenger with any problems, questions, or concerns
Maintain professional working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, managers, airline employees, and airport authorities
Exceed customer service standards

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Be authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to clear a background and drug screen
At least (1) one year of supervisory experience
Airline experience preferred
Must be able to lift up to up to 75 lbs and push a loaded wheelchair up to 300lbs up and down inclines throughout the shift
Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

Verify shift transactions against cashier's money on hand during bank drops.
