Responsibilities
The Senior Facility Manager manages the operation through effective leadership, developing client relationships and superior customer service, human resource management and budget management. Additionally, the Senior Facility Manager leads an effective operation by ensuring all employees perform their job functions to the SP+ standards of operational excellence. This includes:

Revenue Reporting and Budget Management
Ensure that proper parking, security and cash control procedures are followed by all employees, and participate in audits as necessary.
Prepare daily bank deposits and ensure all cash receipts are deposited daily into the facility's bank account. Monitor office audits and cashier reports to maintain vigilance over possible employee theft and/or inefficiencies.
Manage the operation's budget and make recommendations to reach or exceed budget if unforeseen circumstances arise.
Identify all procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll and petty cash.
Workforce Management
Identify proper staffing levels, hire, develop and train a team of employees to deliver superior customer service and perform daily job functions. Employees include attendants, cashiers, bookkeepers, and maintenance personnel.
Supervise employee performance to ensure all duties are completed to the highest standard, and provide additional training or disciplinary measures as necessary.
Client Retention & Satisfaction
Ensure pro-active communication with client regarding opportunities to improve operations.
Resolve client requests, concerns and issues diplomatically.
Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards and make recommendations to improve the aesthetics of the facility.
Marketing & Revenue Optimization
Assist in recommendations to maximize revenues, which may include parking rate studies, local and online consumer marketing plans or prepaid parking services.
Safety & Risk Management
Monitor and review all damage claims. Recommend and implement plans or programs to improve safety of operations to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of similar claims.
Implement all policy and procedures to ensure compliance with all OSHA laws.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior experience to lead, manage and motivate team members
Strong customer service skills and focus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task or work independently
Ability to react and problem solve quickly
Ability to understand and communicate company policies and procedures

Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers in navigating through, and around the airport. Direct taxicabs to any and all persons requesting one. Dispatch a sufficient number of taxicabs to the terminal or to other loading points and the terminal. Assist passengers in acquiring their luxury limousines. Provide information to passengers who need assistance in getting to other forms of ground transportation.
Greet passengers at taxi curbside in Ground Transportation area of airport and offer them assistance or directions. Information provided to passengers must be accurate.

Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire.

Must have an excellent attendance and arrive to work on time when scheduled and have access to reliable transportation.

Summary
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintenance and repair of all building and power equipment in a Distribution Center. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of conveyors, schematics, forklifts, high-voltage electrical, motors, hydraulics, and general mechanics. This is a hands-on working position.
Essential Functions
Repair of all equipment, machinery, electrical and power systems, and building systems to insure uninterrupted services and operations.
Recommend and plan maintenance programs and work schedules to minimize equipment “down time.”
Install and repair equipment, and train employees on how to maintain machinery and perform trial run of machinery to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications.
Responsible for managing the maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing and electrical servicing to the facility.
Manage facility layout changes throughout the building, including setting up conveyors, racking, relocating machinery and equipment, etc.
Assures that safety and security measures are established and implemented.
Assist a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.

Three (3) years to Five (5) years or more in Industrial Maintenance, Required
Three (3) years to Five (5) years or more in Previous experience designing, implementing, and managing a preventative maintenance program., Required
Demonstrated technical knowledge of schematics, battery maintenance, HVAC, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, D.C. Controllers, and A. C. Drives powered lift equipment. , Required
Should be familiar with and capable of adhering to Lockout / Tagout procedures. , Preferred
Knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures of equipment , Required
Must be proficient at diagnosing repair needs and troubleshooting electrical circuitry and systems. , Required
Needs to have knowledge of forklift, order picker and reach truck repair, Required
Rapid and Conveyor Knowledge a plus, Preferred
