Essential Job Functions:


Greet members by name and with a smile Provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for members, guests, and workers Maintain cleanliness of the spa's front desk, shop and tanning areas (if applicable) Answer incoming calls and direct accordingly in a professional manner Maintain constant communication with spa staff regarding appointment bookings Book spa appointments and take payment upon completion of applicable spa service(s) Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance cash register at the close of each shift Respond to members' questions and concerns as needed Provide additional support to the Spa Manager as needed


Qualifications:


At least 1 year of previous Customer Service experience Previous Spa or salon experience is helpful but not required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multi-task, demonstrate initiative, and strong work ethic Physical requirements include: walking and standing during the entire shift (often 4-8 hours), climbing stairs, kneeling to clean floors, pushing, and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects (up to 50 lbs.), and cleaning with or without reasonable accommodation.

In this role, you are responsible for the guest experience within the resort/hotel spa and ensuring those guests have an enjoyable, relaxing experience by engaging with the guests in a courteous and efficient manner. The Spa Receptionist greets guests and introduces the facilities and program components to individuals and groups. This individual will ensure that the Spa area remains clean and stocked with every essential and assist guests with any needs or requests they may have. Your role:
Greeting clients as they enter the SpaProviding clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features.Assisting clients and guests with proper equipment usage.Assisting guests will booking treatments, either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area. Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security Department.Monitors the spa and fitness room for cleanliness, safety, and provides direction or instruction when appropriate.
