I worked at Space Weather Monitoring Division at Space & Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO) where I used to monitor real-time data from the installed instruments at the observatories and used to analyze and manipulate data into statistical and graphical forms, I used to generate and upload Space Weather Summary which was used by various agencies for communications, etc; I used to write research papers and so far 5 of my research papers have been published in international scientific journals. The working environment was all technical, it was both learning + earning!
As it was a government agency, it had many policies, one of them among which was about the promotions, an employee on a certain level was promoted after 5 years of service due to which raise in salary was not sufficient.
