DSP ENGINEER (STARSHIELD) Starshield leverages SpaceX's Starlink technology and launch capability to support national security efforts. While Starlink is designed for consumer and commercial use, Starshield is designed for government use, with an initial focus on earth observation, communications, and hosted payloads. As a DSP engineer on the Starshield satellite team, you will be a part of a mission to provide global connectivity to the US government including immediate access to critical intelligence and national security data anywhere it is needed. You will work with a team of RF engineers, DSP engineers, software engineers, hardware engineers and end users to design and build systems for proliferated sensing in low earth orbit. You will work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, where we are exploring unsolved problems and applying the SpaceX mindset of iterating rapidly to go from design and demo to operational capability at lightning pace. RESPONSIBILITIES Drive program-level decisions on sensor firmware and software designs Research novel solutions for large-scale RF sensing systems Design and test algorithms for on-orbit and ground-based sensor data processing Work in close collaboration with FPGA, RF/antenna, and software engineers to design and validate RF sensing systems Perform on-orbit demonstrations and testing BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or electrical engineering and 1+ years of experience in digital signal processing engineering; or 3+ years of professional digital signal processing engineering experience in lieu of a degree 1+ years of experience in system-level modeling and/or digital signal processing PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Developed and deployed software that has been used in real-world applications and projects Knowledge of computer architecture and networks Experience with debugging, performance optimization and unit testing Ability to work effectively and creatively in a dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements Ability to work independently and in a team, take initiative, and communicate effectively Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret or Top Secret SCI clearance ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Note that an active clearance may provide the opportunity for you to work on sensitive SpaceX missions; if so, you will be subject to pre-employment drug and random drug and alcohol testing Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: DSP Engineer/Level I: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00/per year DSP Engineer/Level II: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00/per year Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. ROLE DESCRIPTION As a DSP System Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, analysis, modelling and validation of multiple signal processing blocks implemented in ASIC and FPGA technology in in our satellite payloads. Embedded in an agile software/firmware and hardware development team, you will ensure optimized algorithms and accurate modelling are implemented along the signal processing chain. In your first six months, you will model and propose algorithms for state-of-the-art Digital Beamforming ASICs and 5G NTN waveform digital processing blocks. Within two years, your algorithms and modelled systems will have flown in space, demonstrating cutting-edge digital signal processing technologies. Summary: Riviera Dining Group is seeking a highly skilled Influencer & Community Specialist to join our team. The Influencer & Community Specialist will serve as the intermediary between our brands and our target audience, representing the voice, character, and principles of our brands through a variety of means, including community support, online interaction, and influencer relationship building. The primary objective of this role is to foster the establishment and credibility of our brand in both virtual and real-world settings. As an Influencer & Community Specialist at RDG, some responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitoring and responding to comments and messages on social media platforms to engage with the community and address any questions or concerns. * Identifying trends and patterns in customer feedback to provide insights to the broader team and improve the brands' services and messaging. * Building relationships with key influencers, advocates, and customers to foster brand advocacy and help develop user-generated content. * Managing influencer outreach for brand collaborations and/or partnership opportunities * Managing Riviera Dining Group's social media posting calendars * Creating a community building strategy for Riviera Dining Group social media accounts to engage & inform RDG employees, investors, etc of upcoming hirings, announcements, partnerships, etc * Escalating issues and customer complaints to appropriate internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution. * Developing crisis management protocols and processes to address potential issues or negative online events that could impact the brand's reputation. * Managing and moderating online communities, including forums, groups, and social media channels, to ensure positive engagement and brand reputation. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, branding, customer service, and reservations, to align community initiatives with overall business goals. * Working with social media listening and analytics tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment online and adjusting community strategies accordingly. * Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in community marketing and social media. Requirements/Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. * 2 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field. * Hospitality experience is required. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences. * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers, influencers, and partners. * Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools, including canva or Iconosquare. * Understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics, including impressions such as likes, comments, shares, and chats. * Knowledge of content marketing best practices. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
