This includes (but is not limited to) the conversion of raw tubular materials into precision-bent, cleaned, welded, leak-proof tested, insulated, repaired, and installed components in support of the Falcon & Dragon programs. This role will involve the daily management of up to 30 technicians, including work assignments/schedules, performance management, and developing continuous improvement initiatives. The production supervisor must be an excellent problem solver and be able to overcome challenging circumstances daily to ensure the successful production of rockets and spacecraft at the required rate and quality. This hardware includes everything from large metallic barrels, tanks, tooling structures, tubing, pipes, brackets, coupons, and more. Quality of the hardware and understanding how inspections performed ensure and enable hardware quality is critical.
