PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (AVIONICS) - 2ND SHIFT RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor, track, and move parts as required through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next production location Coordinate physical movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, production resources, or any applicable work center within SpaceX Ensure parts are handled and appropriately protected within SpaceX specifications Coordinate off-site processing of parts to ensure on-time delivery as required Work with the planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure MRP/ERP data is and remains clean and accurate Assist with the resolution of incorrect system data which is driving inappropriate demand, schedules, or could result in general failure Analyze available data and develop metrics as required to drive optimal results Work with production personnel to ensure metric goals are understood Update and utilize target management system to drive results as applicable Develop and maintain reports to highlight needs, deliverables, and constraints as required for internal and customer use Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership weekly Support logistics process through innovative staging of workflow as required Assist production leadership and project teams with action item updates as required Support management of material certifications as required; prevent use of un-certified materials Work with production supervisors and managers to ensure all metrics driven action requirements are completed Support production and inventory personnel with “return to stock” and inventory purge actions Support purchase requisition creation for scheduled contract work as required Organize and maintain the physical and electronic library for production related tooling and calibration database as required Support projects or productivity development activities within assigned production cells BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalency certificate 1+ years of experience in an administrative role PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Strong computer skills, familiar with the full suite of MS Office products 1+ years of Inventory experience and experience organizing files and documents Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environment SQL and Tableau experience APICS certification ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be willing to work 2nd shift hours, overtime, and weekends as needed 2nd shift: Monday - Friday (1:00 PM - 11:30 PM) Able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted Able to stand for extended periods - 8 hours min COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Pay range: Production Coordinator/Level 1: $22.00 - $24.50/hour Production Coordinator/Level 2: $24.00 - $27.00/hour Production Coordinator/Level 3: $26.00 - $30.00/hour Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.     THE ROLE Gotham Greens is seeking passionate, driven and hardworking individuals to fill positions as Production Assistants. Production Assistant positions are hands-on and require individuals who enjoy rolling up their sleeves and are accustomed to manual labor-intensive jobs. Prior experience in the natural and organic food industry is a plus but not required. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and organized individual to assume a position at a rapidly growing, innovative, disruptive company in the 21st century food system. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Packing Containers of Fresh Produce * Sorting and selecting high quality product to pack * Identifying unacceptable quality product to discard * Filling containers to an accurate weight using scales * Properly handling product and containers to maximize shelf life and appearance to the companys visual expectations * Performing repetitive tasks at a consistent pace which meets productivity expectations * Assisting Greenhouse Production operations, including transplanting seedlings, harvesting plants, and handling growing equipment * Handling, organizing, and loading production supplies and equipment * Assisting with inventory control and cold storage organization * Labelling, boxing, and staging product materials and supplies * Other duties as assigned * Food Safety and Sanitation * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs), company food safety policies, and sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOPs). * Assist with daily cleaning of production areas, equipment, and supplies * Assist with periodic cleaning of common areas in facility WHO YOU ARE * Be authorized to work in the US * Lift 50 pounds * Stand for a full 8-hour shift * Maintain a steady pace with attention to detail * Must have a reliable form of transportation * Open availability to work various work schedules including holidays and weekends * Must be able to work in varying temperatures that are anywhere from 55 degrees (within the Packhouse) to 90 degrees (within the Greenhouse).
