Remote space officer job
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team and provide hands-on leadership for large-scale electrical projects across a variety of industries. In this role, you'll oversee daily field operations, guide crews, and ensure each project is completed safely, on time, on budget, and in full compliance with customer and regulatory expectations. Our work spans construction, manufacturing, power plants, commercial facilities, aggregates, oil and gas, production plants, coal, solar, wind energy, and more-so adaptability and strong technical knowledge are key. This position requires proven experience managing complex electrical projects and a willingness to pursue additional licensing as needed.
The ideal candidate is comfortable supervising teams, solving problems in the field, and keeping productivity on track while maintaining exceptional communication with both customers and internal teams. Because we support customers around the clock, flexibility is important-this role may involve answering calls or working extended hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays. What You'll Do
Supervise and direct site-specific tasks in conjunction with Project Management and any other involved Groups as it relates to assigned projects
Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules and prepare 3 Week Look-Ahead schedules for office personnel
Assist in developing daily POD's (Plan of Day) in conjunction with Project Management
Identify and communicate issues and concerns from the field that would jeopardize the project's ability to continue as planned
Prepare T&M tickets, daily production reports, receipts, and other paperwork as required by the job
Assist with planning the manpower, equipment, and supplies required to execute the job and communicate needs to Management
Perform regular site inspections for unsafe conditions or practices and respond with recommendations for corrective actions when needed
Responsible, in collaboration with the Safety and Compliance department, for crew safety and establishing a safe work environment that complies with the Company safety program

What You'll Bring
Must possess a Master Electrical License in at least one state
5+ years of experience in industrial electrical construction, installation, and maintenance
Previous experience in a leadership role involving large-scale electrical projects
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
Strong knowledge of, and commitment to, safety and construction regulations, to include the NEC
Skill in dealing with the public in a manner which will facilitate any constructive problem solving possible
Ability to troubleshoot on-the-job issues effectively and efficiently
Strong knowledge of supervisory functions relating to field activities to include project scheduling, reporting, etc.
