Position Summary: The Director, Conservation Science for Audubon's Delta region will lead the development of conservation objectives, support the implementation of conservation strategies, and provide strategic scientific leadership across the tri-state Delta region (Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas), ensuring that conservation decisions are grounded in rigorous science and aligned with Audubon's Flight Plan strategy. This role will oversee specific conservation programs, lead scientific design, research, monitoring, adaptive management, and data integration to support priority species, habitats, and climate resilience goals across the Delta region. The Director will manage conservation science staff and work in close collaboration with the Delta team to develop conservation priorities and policies for the region that support Flight Plan milestones. They will spend approximately 15-20% of their time developing funding proposals to foundations, corporations, agencies, and individuals, as well as be responsible for identifying funding opportunities and developing relationships with academic institutions, NGOs, and conservation agencies. Compensation: $92,000 - $103,000 / year Additional Job Description Essential Functions: In collaboration with the Sr. Director of Conservation, lead development of conservation science priorities for Audubon Delta's programs. Other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree or higher in Ecology, Conservation Biology, Ornithology, or related field; PhD preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered. 10+ years of relevant conservation science or natural resource conservation experience, with at least 3 years of organizational management experience. Expertise in bird ecology, habitat management, field research, and applied conservation science. Experience working within the Gulf Coast, Lower Mississippi River Alluvial Valley, or broader Delta ecosystems strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead scientific teams, manage complex projects, and translate science into actionable strategies. Demonstrated success with grant writing, donor engagement, and supporting public funding efforts. Strong quantitative skills including statistical analysis, GIS, modeling, and data management. Ability to communicate complex scientific information to technical and non-technical audiences. Willingness to travel across the tri-state region and work in field conditions as needed.     Product Owner Health Sciences, Consulting Manager About the Role: As a Product Owner for Sales & Enrollment Platforms, you will make an impact by leading the development and optimization of Elv Sales and Enrollment capabilities. You will be a valued member of the Sales & Enrollment team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, sales, marketing, compliance, IT, and clients. In this role, you will: * Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for Sales and Enrollment platforms, aligning initiatives with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. * Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. * Serve as Product Owner in Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), maintaining a well-groomed backlog and ensuring timely delivery of features. * Drive improvements in digital quoting, application intake, eligibility verification, and member onboarding for individual, group, and government-sponsored health plans (Medicare, Medicaid, ACA), ensuring compliance with CMS, ACA, and other regulatory requirements. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations What you need to have to be considered: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. * 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in product management within healthcare or insurance domains. * Hands-on experience with sales and enrollment processes for individual, group, and government-sponsored health plans (Medicare, Medicaid, ACA). * Strong understanding of CMS, ACA, and other regulatory compliance requirements. * Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. * Experience managing product backlogs and leading Agile ceremonies (Scrum, SAFe). These will help you stand out: * Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and digital enrollment tools. * Experience working with business operations and cross-functional teams. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. * Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to balance business needs and technical feasibility. * Certification in Product Ownership or Agile (CSPO, SAFe POPM) is a plus. The annual salary for this position is between $81,450 - $129,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
