Our BCBA Fellows provide one-on-one care through ABA behavior interventions to teach communication, practice daily living skills, and encourage positive behaviors. Fellows will be eligible to complete unrestricted activities, as defined by the BACB, to help meet requirements to sit for the BCBA exam.
Responsibilities
Restricted/Direct Activities:
Build a positive and trusting relationship with clients through social interaction.
Encourage the development of communication, social skills, and problem-solving by guiding clients towards safe and acceptable behaviors.
Gradually reduce prompts to promote independent responses while ensuring success.
Increase the occurrence and duration of desirable behaviors by providing positive reinforcement.
Accurately collect unbiased behavior data.
Communicate proactively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and Clinical Directors to support the clients' needs.
Unrestricted Activities:
Observe and collect data.
Train staff and caregivers on behavior-analytic programs.
Conduct behavior-analytic assessments (e.g., functional analyses, stimulus preference assessments).
Research literature relevant to a current client's programming.
Write and revise behavior-analytic programs.
Maintain BACB Ethical Compliance Code for RBTs and client dignity.
Work with BCBA Mentor on guided practice of the BCBA role throughout Fellowship.
Qualifications
✔ Enrolled or graduated from a BACB approved Master's or Certification Program. To meet HHF's criteria: Program
must have BACB reported exam pass rate of 60% of higher for 3 consecutive years OR be ABAI/APBA accredited program.
✔ Pass the RBT exam within 30 days of employment (if not already certified)
✔ Must be active RBT for 60 days with HHF
✔ Strong verbal and written communication for speaking with clients' families and recording session notes.

Responsibilities The Policy Directive Analysis Intern will support a nonprofit federal consulting firm by reviewing existing policy analyses and adapting them from a government-focused perspective to a corporate organizational perspective. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in public policy, regulatory analysis, government affairs, or consulting.
This internship will be part-time during the school semester with an opportunity to extend into our summer internship program which will be 40 hours a week.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Review policy directives, regulatory analyses, and government-facing policy documents
+ Translate and reframe policy analyses to align with corporate organizational structures, priorities, and operational considerations
+ Identify differences in language, tone, and strategic focus between government and corporate policy contexts
+ Assist in drafting revised policy summaries, briefing materials, and internal guidance documents
+ Conduct background research on federal policies, regulations, and their implications for corporate and nonprofit stakeholders
+ Collaborate with analysts and consultants to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in revised materials

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.
