This position provides close support to Maintenance and Operations teams, solutions to issues found in the automation, design new automated systems, upgrading existing automation, and maintain existing systems. ResponsibilitiesAutomated systems subject matter expert helps lead implementation of new equipment/systems and support any request changes to existing systems. Key areas of expertise are PC based warehouse control system, conveyor automated control, equipment focuses graphical monitoring systems, barcode readers, print and apply equipment, and robots. Support our internal Maintenance team members and Operations partners with system performance. Analysis of existing automation processes to recommend changes that improve cost, accuracy, and speed. Performs data analytics to determine trends or root cause of automation issues. Liaison and partner to enterprise technology team; collaborate on system architecture design or troubleshoot any issues that would impact communications, warehouse automation servers, operating systems, or databases. Manages vendor resources during projects or issue investigation including ownership of issue lists, timelines, developing and conducting rate or accuracy tests. Communicate process or capacity improvement ideas, concepts, estimates, and project status updates to senior leadership. Proactively shares knowledge and educates Maintenance technicians and staff on relevant enterprise automation. Flexible schedule to support new automation implementation tasks or respond to automation down-time events. Summary: The Cybersecurity Systems Engineer I (Associate) manages the organization's technical security capabilities to ensure the security and resilience of systems, services, and critical resources. Implements the appropriate processes and technical safeguards to ensure the delivery of critical infrastructure services.
