I thought the pros of working at Spar Group was the availability of independence and the work description didn't change and was not challenging.
In my experience, the cons of working at Spar Group was the people behind the screens was not loyal to us like we were to them.
My favorite perk was incentive if the job was completed before deadline.
It's nothing about the CEO and the leadership team that I liked.
I would improve the company culture by continuingly to be the best employee I could be.
