As a Senior Lead, you'll supervise a 3-5 person team on high-impact remodels at big box home improvement stores. Expect to spend weeks or months at a time servicing projects outside of your home state.

Shift Schedule:
* Overnight Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a 3-5 person team on overnight retail remodels
* Remove and replace damaged steel racking and shelving systems
* Reconfigure pallet racking and cantilever towers
* Install fixtures and update store signage/schematics
* Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on every site
* Perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs.) and climb ladders as needed
