Role Overview
We are seeking a Corporate Development Manager to take ownership of the acquisition strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is key to driving the company's aggressive growth plan, building acquisition pipelines, leading deal processes, and preparing the group for a successful future exit.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's growth targets
Build and manage a pipeline of potential acquisition targets
Lead due diligence processes and coordinate with internal teams and external advisors
Structure and finalize acquisition transactions
Manage integration planning post-acquisition in collaboration with operations
Develop financial models and ROI analyses for acquisition opportunities
Present strategic recommendations and updates to leadership on pipeline and progress
Monitor market trends, valuation benchmarks, and competitor activity
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or consulting with a focus on M&A
Proven track record executing multiple acquisitions
Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel)
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
Preferred:
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
Experience leading cross-functional integration initiatives
What the Client Offers
Base salary: $90,000 - $120,000 USD
