Pros of working at SparkCognition

Very nice people (both coworkers and managers), friendly, cooperative, and respectful.

Cons of working at SparkCognition

Dream of big IPO leads to company pretending to be something it is not. Products serve little purpose, promise of AI/ML vastly oversold. Severe lack of senior engineering resulting in terrible engineering practices. They've got great marketing, a nice office, friendly people, but the tech is very mediocre, at best.

SparkCognition benefits

The free freshly brewed coffee was legit pretty good for a while, before the switched coffee beans. But yeah, it was probably better than you'd get at the average coffee shop.
