With a 40+ year track record and a close-knit team of about a dozen professionals, this firm specializes in commercial site development projects ranging from convenience stores and truck stops to municipal and residential infrastructure.
This newly created Civil Engineer role offers the opportunity to blend technical design expertise, client interaction, and future leadership potential - including the possibility of long-term ownership for the right professional.
Key Responsibilities
Site & Infrastructure Design
Develop commercial site layouts, grading, drainage, stormwater management systems, and utility plans.
Ensure designs meet all local, state, and federal regulations as well as client needs.
Survey & CAD Integration
Collaborate with survey crews to integrate field data into engineering plans.
Interpret boundary and topographic surveys to guide design.
Produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience strongly preferred).
Regulatory & Permitting
Prepare permit applications and supporting documents for municipalities and agencies.
Attend planning and zoning meetings (typically once per month) to represent client interests.
Address review comments and revise plans accordingly.
Collaboration & Client Engagement
Partner with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Participate in client meetings and site visits to resolve design and construction challenges.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of civil engineering/site development experience.
This role requires current U.S. work authorization. Unfortunately, our client is unable to provide visa sponsorship or transfer at this time.
Strong knowledge of civil site design principles, stormwater management, and erosion control.
Proficiency with AutoCAD (Civil 3D strongly preferred).
Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Clean driving record; able to work on-site five days per week.
Must pass background check and drug screen.

Manual Ethical Hacking is part of the Application Development Security Framework Program within Bank of America's Cyber Security Assurance Offensive Security group. The program provides services to assess the vulnerability of the bank's applications to malicious hacking activity.
This intermediate technical role is responsible for performing application security assessments of the bank's technologies, applications, and cyber security controls while adapting testing methods to evolving and emerging threats. About the role:
