As a Field Marketing + Sales Coordinator at Spartan Race, you'll be responsible for forging and maintaining B2B partnerships nationally for Spartan Race and Tough Mudder's 77+ events and coordinating/assisting with Exit Tent sales on-site at events. This role reports to the “National Field Marketing and Field Sales Manager” to increase brand awareness, build partner loyalty, drive event ticket sales, and exercise strategic marketing relationships.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist on-site at up to 5 events per year
Establish and maintain relationships with B2B partners such as gyms, non-profits, corporate campuses, and more through free and discount ticket code initiatives
Perform outreach and manage inbound leads to build a strong partnership network
Coordinate on-site vendor booths on an in-kind basis
Promote and facilitate on-site ticket and pass sales to first-time attendees and returning customers.
Continuously gather feedback to enhance existing processes.
Become knowledgeable on all products under the Spartan Race Inc. organization
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

Distribute Miami Dolphins and University of Miami “giveaways” to each gate
Move “risers” and stages on/off field for Football Halftimes and other large-scale events
Store, retrieve, and re-arrange various items in our storage areas for all departments
Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required (some college education preferred)
Current college students with flexible schedules to work all stadium events, as well as days leading up to the events and days after the event are encouraged to apply
The ability to understand instructions from supervisor(s) and stadium management
Ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to climb, crawl, kneel, squat, bend, and extend arms or legs fully
Ability to operate forklift and warehouse equipment (not required but preferred)

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the workflow for Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, and Hard Rock Stadium projects
Manage the process, execution, and delivery of creative and production projects
Work in concert with the creative, content, and digital marketing teams in determining project priority and identifying team members best equipped for specific projects
Aid in the advancement of the PM software, Wrike, by providing creative solutions as roadblocks appear
Complete backend admin Wrike tasks to improve efficiencies and bridge gaps in processes
Enhance organization through item type, workflow, and blueprint audits within Wrike
Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external, across all business units
Provide regular status updates on schedules, resources, risks, and dependencies
Qualifications:
Thrives managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent oral and written communicator with great interpersonal skills; able to forge trusting relationships within a diverse team
Highly organized and self-sufficient; navigate rapidly-evolving situations while maintaining a professional composure
Hands-on experience working in a project management system (Wrike, a plus) to manage creative workflow
Ability to problem-solve under pressure; anticipate and resolve problems preemptively
Desire to work within a fast-paced, dynamic company
Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
