Mr. Warzala has a strong management and technical background in the motion control industry and has served as a director of the Company since August 2006 and as Chairman of the Board since February 2014. Mr. Warzala joined Allied Motion as President and Chief Operating Officer in May 2002 and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2009. Prior to joining Allied Motion, Mr. Warzala was President of the Motion Components Group of Danaher Corporation and held various positions at American Precision Industries Inc., including Corporate Vice President and President of its API Motion Division. His leadership experience and Company and industry knowledge, with 31 years of motion experience, provide valuable insight to the Board of Directors in formulating and executing the Company’s strategy.

Mr. Zapico was elected Chairman of the Board in June 2017 and has been Chief Executive Officer since May 2016. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from January 2013 to May 2016. He was President, Electronic Instruments, from October 2003 to January 2013. He joined AMETEK as a Product Engineer in 1990 and has held a variety of engineering and general management positions. He was promoted to Division Vice President of Process Instruments in 1996 and Vice President and General Manager of AMETEK Aerospace and Power Instruments Division in 1999. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Carnegie Mellon university.

Prior to Lantronix, Jeff served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Emulex Corporation, a global supplier of advanced networking, monitoring and management solutions from July 2013 until Emulex was acquired by Avago Technologies in May 2015. He joined Emulex in May 2008 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and was subsequently appointed to President and Chief Operating Officer in August 2010. Prior to joining Emulex, Jeff was President and Chief Operating Officer of QLogic Corporation, a supplier of storage networking solutions. Earlier, he spent 18 years at IBM Corporation where he held a variety of executive leadership roles, including serving as Vice President of xSeries, BladeCenter and Retail Store Solutions development. Jeff holds a Master of Science degree in management of technology from University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is also a distinguished inventor in the computer systems field and holds 6 US patents.

Mr. Duda has served as Methode’s Chief Executive Officer since May 2004 and Methode’s President and Board member since 2001. Mr. Duda joined the Company in March 2000 and served as its Vice President of Interconnect Products Group. Prior to his service at Methode, Mr. Duda held several positions with Amphenol Corporation, a manufacturer of electronic connectors, most recently as General Manager of its Fiber Optic Products Division from 1988 through November 1998.
