Summary: Responsible for completing intake interviews; determining need for medical and psycho-social evaluations; reviewing therapist and physician evaluations, care objectives, and plans; coordinating services being provided; advocating for needed services and entitlements. Review daily referrals and screenings of clients. Audit case file on a regular basis for completeness and accuracy. The Employee Resilience Clinician will provide direct support in response to critical incidents and workplace stressors; as well as provide trainings (in such areas as stress management, crisis management, emotional wellness, etc.), and peer-to-peer support. The ERP Clinician will be responsible for covering Employee Resilience support at BMC South Medical Hospital, Brockton Behavioral Health Center Inpatient Psychiatric Service, and BMC Clinical Stabilization Services Unit. Provides individual employees and teams across the hospital system with direct support as it relates to adverse events and occupational stress injuries. Manages and executes the expansion of mental wellness initiatives that meet the needs of employees from a wide range of disciplines. Proactively rounds & connects with high-performance units and floors, to assess for needs and stay up-to-date on adverse events, morale, etc. Build relationships with stakeholders at various sites across disciplines and specialties (i.e. support staff, nursing, physicians, mental health providers, SUD counselors, admin operations, etc.).
