Senior Account Executive
The Senior Account Executive is a key role driving growth and strategic partnerships within our Data Solutions sales organization. This position requires a dynamic leader who can orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with channel partners, particularly focusing on the Snowflake ecosystem and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and executing strategies to increase bookings and maximize cross-selling opportunities, while deepening client relationships. Maintain executive relationships as account owner to drive expansion of Spaulding Ridge offerings
Ability to lead internal team on proof of concepts for a modern analytics stack supporting a variety of Cloud-based Business Systems for potential clients
Qualifications:
7+ years proven track-record of B2B sales experience in a fast-moving, high-growing consulting services environment
3+ years of experience in cloud services, data services, and/or AI
Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets, with a focus on consultative and solution-based selling.
Extensive experience in co-selling cloud-based technologies and services, with particular expertise in Snowflake
Self-motivated, analytical, and entrepreneurial spirit with both hunting and/or gathering sales capabilities
Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships both internally and externally

2. Solution Design and Architecture
Lead and facilitate design sessions with clients to define the overall solution architecture for FCCS and ARCS implementations.
Translate complex business requirements, such as statutory reporting and compliance mandates, into a robust and scalable technical design, creating detailed design documents.
Provide expertise on leading practices in FCCS (e.g., Consolidation, Close Manager, Intercompany) and ARCS (e.g., Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching) to ensure an optimal solution that adheres to accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS).
Oversee the end-to-end architecture, including data models, integrations with ERP systems (like Oracle Cloud ERP or SAP), and financial reporting strategies using tools like Management Reporting or Smart View.
3. Project Delivery and Management
Serve as the lead architect throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to go-live and support.

Collaborate with client teams to manage change, ensure adoption, and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in a technology and functional role, with at least 4+ years as a Solution Architect on Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or, specifically, Oracle FCCS and ARCS projects.

Summary:
A Stepdown Registered Nurse provides care to patients who are transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical or general inpatient units. These patients require frequent monitoring and specialized nursing interventions. They assess and manage complex patient needs, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
Essential Work Functions:
Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other telemetry data to detect abnormalities and respond appropriately
Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, with a focus on cardiac care
Prepares equipment and aids physician during cardiac-related procedures and examinations
Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients
Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's cardiac status and response to interventions
Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols specific to cardiac emergencies
Documents nursing history and physical assessment for assigned telemetry patients
Initiates patient education plans according to individualized needs, focusing on cardiac health, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications
Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for telemetry patients
Maintains confidentiality of patients and client
Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
Adheres to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
Required Essential Skills:

The Agiloft GTM Lead will develop and execute a strategy to grow Spaulding Ridge's Agiloft business in North America with enterprise-level clients.
