What You Will Do and Learn
We are currently looking for a Consultant in our OneStream practice. This role is responsible for implementing financial technology solutions using the OneStream software platform.
OneStream is a modern, cloud-based solution in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) space. CPM systems are used by large companies to manage several finance and accounting functions, including consolidated financial reporting, budgeting & planning, and account reconciliation. We hire individuals that are passionate about solving problems and bringing innovative ideas to our clients and our team. As part of the OneStream team, you will help build a practice that is able to identify and implement solutions to help our clients utilize technology to run their businesses more effectively.
In this role, the ideal candidate will be able to:
Deliver OneStream solutions through full cycle - requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support
Assist with pre-sales meetings with prospective clients including supporting client demos and proof-of-concept projects
Collaborate seamlessly with internal and client-side resources and effectively communicate across various audiences
Approach problems creatively and apply technology to solve business challenges

In addition to the expectations listed above, the ideal candidate will possess experience in the following areas:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems
3-5 years' experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other EPM/CPM applications (Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud, etc.)
Strong knowledge of the financial processes, including experience with financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A
Deep understanding of accounting processes, including account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments
Prior experience gathering business requirements and translating those to help design a solution
Experience with VB.net
Experience with data integration between different systems/sources

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) in e-commerce product innovation to define, shape, and future-proof our AI-powered product roadmap. This role ensures the platform remains competitive, differentiated, and capable of delivering measurable improvements in digital conversion, stockout reduction, and discoverability across omnichannel commerce.
Responsibilities:
Define and benchmark product capabilities against leading e-commerce and analytics platforms.

Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to ensure intuitive, outcome-driven user experiences.

Success Profile:
Track record of building and scaling successful e-commerce or analytics products.

Qualifications and Skills:

Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Up to $234,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
Benefits:

Qualification
Here's what you need:
* Minimum of 3 years of years of SAP functional/technical expertise with Product costing (additional experience with Cost Accounting processing including, but not limited to: Inventory Valuation, Margin Analysis, Overhead Accounting or Project Accounting is preferred but not required)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Life Science clients/industry (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)

This service supports Sector Sector Clients (For Present / Future Requirements) and ProSidian Team Members work as part of an Engagement Team Cadre (Labor Category ) to fulfill FFP - Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Order (TO) requirements for ProSidian Consulting is seeking an experienced Energy Infrastructure Consultant to support the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in its mission to promote environmental justice and equity. The consultant will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing environmental assessment documents and policies from federal, state, and local agencies to determine the geographic scope of infrastructure project impacts on environmental justice communities. The successful candidate will contribute to FERC's implementation of its first Equity Action Plan, ensuring equitable processes and outcomes in the energy sector's transition to a cleaner energy future.

Our Team and What We'll Accomplish Together
The business consultant is responsible for all elements applicable to our product throughout the delivery of our projects. This includes ensuring that the design of our solutions is fit for purpose for our customers and documented, front end configuration of the application, documentation of interface specifications, unit testing, SIT & UAT support & guidance, super user training and hyper care support. They will utilise their strong business acumen to solve design decisions with process over customisation, advising our customers on best practice and influencing their design choices.
What You'll Do
* Project Design
* Lead in design sessions by gathering customer requirements, documenting configuration decisions, working with customers to address gaps with business processes before customisation and set expectations.
* Configuration
* Front end configuration of the application to design specifications
* Testing
* Unit testing of the application prior to release to the customer, provision & maintenance of standard test scripts , SIT & UAT support
* Training
* Train the trainer for customer super users
* Hypercare
* Support through hypercare phase and knowledge transfer to support
What You Bring
* CPG experience in either sales or finance roles with exposure to TPM software OR minimum 2 years as a business consultant deploying TPM software
* Demonstrated understanding of consumer goods functions including demand planning, sales, finance accruals & settlements and RGM
* Solid understanding of business process across CPG functions
* Exceptional communications skills are essential
* The ability to work & collaborate effectively with a remote team
* The ability to combine strong business acumen with TPM application capability to effectively solve complex business requirements

Job Responsibilities
Planning & Execution:
Develops systematic structures with leadership to monitor and evaluate quality and appropriateness of Detention Program initiatives and service delivery.
Conduct research and analyses, gather and analyze data to develop comprehensive project and operational plans, outlining stages, resources, goals, timelines, and risks.
Implement these plans in a functional matrix structure, monitor change progress. adapting to changes, as necessary.
Define and measure success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the change once it has been implemented.
Maintaining documentation of all change management activities for future reference and auditing purposes.
Communication:
Regularly update facility and agency stakeholders on various projects progress, risks, and changes to ensure everyone is informed.
Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles, working to devise and implement solutions or mitigations.
Leading Change:
Ability to influence others and move toward common goals and vision.
Training and Support:
Providing training and support to staff affected by the change to help them adapt.
Accreditation Coordinator:
Responsible for ensuring the facility maintains compliance with NYS OCFS Standards for Secure Detention Facilities and Specialized Secure Detention Facilities , State Commission on Corrections (SCOC) Minimum Standards and Regulations for Secure Juvenile Detention Facilities, Council on Accreditation (COA) and Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Standards
Job Requirements
A minimum of 2-4 years of project management experience, leading complex, large-scale projects - Required.
Experience in data analytics, nonprofit, especially in the juvenile justice or child services space, is preferred
Experience working with state regulatory agencies, such as Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS), State Commission on Corrections (SCOC), and Council on Accreditation (COA) is preferred
Team oriented: Comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently and possess a sense of accountability and urgency in completing assignments.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal skills required.
Strong technical writing skills, in writing policies, procedures, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) highly desired.
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment.
