What You Will Do and Learn
The NetSuite Engagement Lead will oversee relationships with our clients across our NetSuite ERP, SuiteSuccess, and related SuiteCloud technologies. The ideal candidate excels at building strong relationships with strategic clients by understanding their business needs and aligning them with NetSuite's best‑in‑cloud solutions.
The Engagement Lead is responsible for driving successful delivery of current engagements while identifying adjacent opportunities across business units, subsidiaries, and regions within a client's organization.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major NetSuite clients
Gain a deep understanding of key customer requirements, business processes, and industry challenges
Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing NetSuite solutions that support their evolving objectives
Advise clients on NetSuite best practices, leading practices, and optimization opportunities
Lead cross‑functional internal teams, including Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, and Solution Architects, while balancing resources to maximize customer impact and support team members' career growth
Ensure accurate scoping, solution alignment, and timely delivery of NetSuite products and services
Serve as the primary communication link between key customers and internal NetSuite delivery teams
Resolve client issues and drive risk mitigation efforts to maintain long‑term engagement health and client trust
Identify and support new sales opportunities that contribute to ongoing, strategic client partnerships
Prepare and deliver regular status reporting, progress updates, and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an engagement manager/project manager within ERP technology or management consulting
Hands‑on experience with NetSuite, including modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, CRM, or SuiteSuccess
Experience supporting or selling cloud‑based ERP or business applications (e.g., Oracle Cloud, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Acumatica) is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and customer‑advocacy skills
