What You Will Do and Learn
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Oracle EPBCS Solution Architect to join our team. This multi-faceted role is critical to our success, encompassing pre-sales activities, solution design leadership, and project delivery management specifically for Oracle's Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in EPBCS and be able to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Pre-Sales Support
Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, engaging with C-level executives and business stakeholders to understand their financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting challenges.
Lead discovery sessions to gather business requirements and articulate how Oracle EPBCS solutions, including its pre-built frameworks for Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects, can address their needs.
Develop and present compelling, tailored solution demonstrations within the EPBCS environment, highlighting its value proposition.
Work closely with the sales team to qualify opportunities, contribute to RFPs/RFQs, and help define winning sales strategies.
2. Solution Design and Architecture
Lead and facilitate design sessions with clients to define the overall solution architecture for EPBCS implementations.
Translate complex business requirements into a robust and scalable technical design, creating detailed design documents that serve as a blueprint for the delivery team.
Provide expertise on leading practices in EPBCS to ensure an optimal solution, including the configuration of planning modules, dimensions, business rules, and security.
Oversee the end-to-end architecture, including data models, integrations with ERPs (e.g., Oracle Fusion, NetSuite) or other source systems, and reporting strategies using tools like Management Reporting or Smart View.
3. Project Delivery and Management
Serve as the lead architect throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to go-live and support.
Manage project scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring solutions are delivered on-time and within budget.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the project team, including functional and technical consultants.
Collaborate with client teams to manage change, ensure adoption, and provide ongoing support.
Act as a key liaison between the client, internal delivery teams, and Oracle product support to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in a technology and functional role, with at least 4+ years as a Solution Architect on Oracle Hyperion Planning or Oracle EPBCS projects.
Deep functional and technical knowledge of all aspects of Oracle EPBCS, including its four business process frameworks (Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects) and custom cubes.
Proven track record of leading full-cycle implementations and managing complex projects.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong understanding of financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Experience with data integration strategies and tools within the Oracle ecosystem, specifically Data Management or Data Integration.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

We are seeking a proficient Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. Your role will be to design and develop tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. Our ideal candidate will have deep experience with Salesforce architecture and a solid understanding of business process development. Ultimately, your role will be to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business goals and deliver high value to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Salesforce solutions.
* Identify business processes that can be improved by implementing Salesforce.
* Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
* Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration.
* Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives.
* Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
* Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
* Develop strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
* Remain current with leading-edge industry and technology drivers and innovations including the Salesforce product set.
* Manage discussions with various levels of customer's business stakeholders.
* Identify and help build services offerings to support rapid time to value for Salesforce implementations.
* Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
* Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role.
* Validate solution components, lead customer walkthroughs, and provide guidance to the project manager for key issues/risks to the project.
* Work with internal and customer stakeholders to create prototypes, proof of concepts, and sample mockups as a means of eliciting and defining business requirements.
* Create and own user stories/business requirements document as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
* B.E or B.Tech or MCA
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong understanding of Salesforce's platform.
* Must have experience in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data cloud
* Must have experience of integrating Salesforce with other 3rd party applications using middleware (MuleSoft or Boomi), and REST/SOAP APIs
* Must have done at least solutioning with 2-3 large implementations individually or in lead capacity.
* Experience in CI/CD (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins), Git, VS Code, Azure DevOps.
* Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and standard processes.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
Preferred qualifications
* Certifications in Salesforce/Product Owner
* Relevant Years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
* Must be able to apply design thinking in the business processes
* Understand the business problem and convert the problem into value stream.
* Experience in migrating functionalities and data from 3rd party applications into Salesforce
* Excellent skills in persuasion and documentation using excel, word document, graphics etc.
* Expertise in any of the diagramming tools like draw.io, visio, lucidchart. Modelling tools knowledge is a must. Archimate is an additional advantage.
* DataModelling capability including creation or ERD.
* Familiarity with AWS/Azure for hybrid integrations
* Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap
* Self-motivated and capable of taking decisions in ambiguous situations

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
