Due to increasing demand from our school and program partners, iTutor is seeking New York State Certified SpecialEducation Teachers (K-12) to deliver one-to-one, small group, and whole class instruction virtually using our proprietary technology platform.
Our NYS State-Certified SpecialEducation teachers will work remotely through instructional programs with assigned students. Educators will communicate regularly with students to ensure they successfully complete their instructional programs and will be responsible for completion of the following tasks:
Support the instructional program with live video, audio and chat synchronous instruction to small groups of students
Conduct formative assessments and devise and implement appropriate supplemental instruction that is differentiated to the student's needs
Complete all grading by providing prompt, high-quality, personalized feedback on assignments;
Proctor online testing each semester to ensure appropriate integrity of test results
Consult with team members and administrators to develop alternate enrichment activities and lesson modifications to increase student understanding and promote success for struggling or at-risk students through differentiation
Develop a detailed knowledge of the assigned curriculum used in the school by participating in professional development workshops and training
Communicate regularly with students using Chat features of the LMS and our internal messaging system
Create a welcoming and engaging online learning experience for the students (and parents as appropriate) through the use of a warm online voice and demeanor that is inviting and supportive towards students and families.

Qualifications:
Must presently hold an active SpecialEducation teaching certification in New York State
Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university in the United States

Stellar Virtual seeks a dedicated and certified SpecialEducation Teacher to join our team. This remote position will be responsible for providing specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in grades K-12 within our virtual learning platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of specialeducation best practices, Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation, excellent communication and technology skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive online learning environment. Essential Duties

Collaborate with general education teachers to provide effective co-teaching strategies and ensure accessibility of the general education curriculum.
Implement evidence-based practices and interventions to address students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
Provide ongoing assessment and progress monitoring of IEP goals and objectives.
Support on-site testing events periodically throughout the year (required).
Participate in virtual professional development and collaborate with colleagues on online teaching best practices.
Work collaboratively with student support services (e.g., counselors, specialeducation) to address student needs.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Responsibilities
Presents subject matter to students under the direction and guidance of the teacher.
Ensures that students are never left unattended in the classroom.
Keeps students safe and engaged.
Exhibits proper classroom management techniques.
Understands building and classroom policy and procedures.
Documents lesson plans.
Maintains student records/performance.
Follows the Individualized Education Program (IEP) of the student.
Lifts, diapers and/or feeds students as needed.
Qualifications
Clean criminal background.
Three (3) positive professional references.
Experience working with school aged children.
After Hire (Contingent)
Ohio Department of Education Substitute Educational Aide Permit ($25), or higher license.
FBI & BCI Background checks dated within 12 months (Cost varies per agency).

This role ensures that the logistical components of Denison's growing AI programming run efficiently and consistently, enabling students, faculty, and staff to fully engage in high-quality learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate event logistics including booking campus spaces, submitting work orders, and arranging catering needs.
Create and manage registration pages, RSVP forms, tracking sheets, and confirmation emails.
Build and maintain event links, calendars, and communication workflows.
Support scheduling for various programs.
Assist with day-of event support (check-in, troubleshooting, signage, materials setup).
Track attendance, engagement data, and follow-up tasks to support program assessment.
Provide general administrative support for AI initiatives as needed.
Ideal Candidate
