Responsibilities: Create a fun learning environment through play Facilitate learning through our literature-based curriculum with crafts, educational centers, and science Engage children in games and activities that are developmentally appropriate Follow a daily care and activity schedule Provide basic care and caregiving activities Communicate with parents and update them on their childrens activities Qualifications: Previous experience working with children Strong understanding of child development Patient, kind, and nurturing Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Physical Requirements Physical requirements refer to the level and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform critical tasks in support of critical job functions. Standing and walking throughout the majority of the shift Lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
