JOB GOAL:

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES (may include but not limited to the following):
* Administer appropriate district curriculum utilizing course of study adopted by the School Board and other appropriate learning activities which is aligned with the Montana State Standards.
* Instruct pupils in citizenship and basic subject matter specified in state law, administrative regulations, and procedures of the school district.
* Ensure the opportunity for all pupils to learn in a supportive environment.
* Create and maintain a positive, orderly, and academically focused learning condition in the instructional environment.
* Develop lesson plans and instructional materials, and provide individualized and small group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each pupil.
* Translate lesson plans into learning experiences so as to best utilize the available time for instruction.
* Establish and maintain standards of pupil behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere in the classroom.
