Minimum Requirements * Must support the mission, vision, and values of NDSCS * Two-year degree in Building Construction Technology or related area OR equivalent education and experience * Relevant work experience in the constructions field * Effective oral and written communication skills * Computer and technology literacy * Ability to function in a team environment * Flexibility to teach students of varying abilities Preferred Qualifications * Associate in Applied Science in Building Construction Technology or related field * Industry experience in one or more of the following areas: * Commercial construction experience * Rough carpentry experience * Concrete construction experience * Construction layout experience * Construction estimating and scheduling experience * Construction management experience * Teaching or training experience Additional Information PAY: Current adjunct pay rate (calculated per credit taught) DATE AVAILABLE: January 2026 or August 2026 SCREENING BEGINS: Immediately - for full consideration, applications should be received as soon as possible.
