We use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as the primary teaching methodology to achieve academic success for students.

Position Summary/Responsibilities:
Plan and delivery specially designed instruction to students with disabilities
Implement and deliver specialeducation programs
Progress monitor IEP goals
Collaborate with related service providers to share student progress and address concerns
Communicate with families on a regular basis to share progress and address concerns
Develop students' IEPs and participate in CSE meetings
Collect and analyze student data for the purposes of progress reporting on IEPs and student report cards
Administer formative and summative assessments for purposes of instructional planning and progress monitoring
Provide direction and guidance to support staff working in the classroom
