OVERVIEW
The ECS Health and Physical EducationTeacher organizes games and challenges that promote physical activity among adolescents from ninth through twelfth grades. The ECS HPE Teacher develops motor skills and physical development and proper exercise and eating habits for children. The ECS HPE teacher must adjust their curricula to adapt to children with disabilities or different physical abilities. The ECS HPE teacher is responsible for the planning and orchestration of a Physical Fitness Day for students, and runs additional activities to support student wellness and active lifestyle. The ECS HPE teacher must have strong speaking and listening skills. Besides being knowledgeable about an activity, they need to be able to communicate and demonstrate it properly. The ECS HPE teacher must be able to observe all students and maintain discipline within the class. In addition to students, they interact with parents, other teachers and school administrators. Key Responsibilities
